I took in 9 rugs to be cleaned and repaired....great pricing and great people to deal with ....and they even delivered and set up in weach room!

I have never used this business so I cannot comment on their services. I am strictly commenting on the appearance of their establishment. The nasty, dirty, molded rug out front should either be replaced or removed. Reflects very badly on you and the neighborhood.

VIP cleaned my living room area rug. It had pet dirt and stains on it. The rug came back cleaned like new and smelled great. I can really see the difference because I took before and after photos.

Excellent service - best price around and my rug looks perfect, which was hard to imagine after my dog peed all over a wool and silk oriental. We will be returning customers for sure. Thanks VIP!

They did a fantastic job cleaning the rug I bought off Facebook! Picked it up and returned it easily, and my new rug is fluffy and so clean!!! Will definitely use again when needed.

I really appreciate this local business. I have taken our rugs here for about 3 years now. We have dogs. So needless to say, regular cleanings are needed. They have done a great job each time. Their staff is always friendly. I also think their pricing is honest and fair.

While looking for a rug to fit our hallway, we stumbled across Francisco at VIP Oriental Rugs and truly found a gem! This is a family owned business and every time we’ve called, we’ve had responsive, friendly, and professional service. Francisco and his crew are incredibly kind, positive, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the right fit. We were able to try several rugs before deciding on a winner, which made a huge difference. We never felt pressured to buy, and they were willing to work with us on the price to fit our budget. We are so impressed with our rug and with their customer service - truly a great buying experience! We will absolutely be coming back to have our rugs cleaned regularly, and will check out their store again for future rug needs. 10/10 recommend!!

Coffee was spilled on an oushack I had and two other companies came - fiber seal and an independent rug cleaner and they couldn’t get it out. I called VIP and they came and took the rug and cleaned the whole the thing and got the stain out. They brought it back the next week and moved all my furniture back with such care and installed the rug back perfectly. They are very kind and professional - a true pleasure to work with. Family-owned business. Super nice and friendly people. I had an exceptional experience when I went to buy some rugs from them. One of the rugs I bought was damaged a year later by a leak in the home and sat for a month saturated by water. They came and got my rug 2 weeks later they called to say it was done and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. Simply amazing service and amazingly nice people.
