Fantastic service for three years during Covid. They even worked with us during our office relocation from Allen to Plano. They came into the office early every morning, before employees arrived, so we knew that our day started safe.

Extremely satisfied with DBM! We have tried TWO other services that couldn't be bothered to show up on schedule and left us in a lurch many times and even when they did show up, they would only "clean where the Pope walks" as some would say. As you can imagine, we are a church in Carrollton with lots of activities. I wear many hats as executive pastor, one area that I do not have to worry about is our janitorial service. Dallas Building Maintenance is a blessing! Our rest rooms are spotless, on Sunday morning the whole building smells clean (they clean predawn on Sunday), and they have great quality control with regular on site visits and calls to assure they are meeting our expectations. Extremely dispapointing experience. Floors left completely dirty multiple times. Today I walked into my work office after a cleaning and my floors looked exactly the same. Trash was emptied, but floor left untouched. So I know the dirt was seen and just ignored.
