When I am down my husband drives me to Jackson’s to cheer me up. There is always someone in the plant area to greet me and answer my questions and offer suggestions. Every employee is knowledgeable or finds another employee to address my concerns about gardening. I like earning points with every purchase that I can redeem when I have earned enough. The plants are always healthy. It is obvious the plants receive much care. Shopping at Jackson’s is fun!

I love Jackson’s nursery! I once bought an artificial tree after Christmas on sale. When I got it out to decorate it the following Christmas the lights didn’t work on half the tree. They were kind enough to fix it for me free of charge!!
The employees are very friendly and customer service oriented!

Bought a water feature for $3,000.00 a few years back, had to to replace water pump but it took several phone calls to get someone to respond. This year we have a tube that is cracked and cannot get anyone to answer calls, return phone messages or respond to emails.
The water feature is large and has to have someone knowledgeable to repair it along with a 2nd person to remove parts to get to pump. We do not mind
paying the price for repairs but we can't get anyone to respond. Bought the feature because store told us they have people who can repair any problems if something goes out. Well that is not true. Good luck on any type of repairs let alone speaking to anyone. Last time we spend any money in that store.

Brennan was so helpful in choosing pots for our backyard! Everyone is friendly and so knowledgeable about what is needed for our landscaping renovation.
Jacksons sells high quality and beautiful pottery. We will be back for more!

If you live in or around the Dallas area, be sure to stop in on a nice warm day and have a look around this store with the family. There is so much interesting stuff to look at both inside and out.

The selection and quality of the show room is so deserve that you could spend the entire day looking at all the neat stuff. Everything from grills, home accessories, decorations, patio furniture, you name it! Not to mention all the colors in the gardening center and plant nursery. It's fun just walking around the huge store.

Also, every year in December, the holiday Christmas decorations and lighting are worth a visit into the store. The store is decked out completely. Really cool to look at.

We hadn't been there in years, but we remember how nice it is. We went at the beginning of the Christmas season, and wow, they were ready.

What makes this place special is that they have a huge array of stuff you just won't see at other places. Some of it is pricey, but that's because it's quality.

Don't skip the nursery part. Again, the selection is different and better than the ordinary nurseries.

    Beautiful place during the holidays.

What a gem of a place! The nursery selection is incredible but the inside shope is full of incredible surprises for your gardening needs from patio furniture and accessories to decor items you'll find nowhere else! If you have never been before do yourself a favor and make extra time. If you feel customer service is dead in these times you will be amazed at the service you get here!

Great nursery - the most wonderful selection of plants. They have incredible handmade table tops from Italy. Absolutely amazing!! And the people who work here are the best!!! Kind and extremely knowledgeable of their department. Highly recommend for all kinds of nice, excentric gifts, too.

We bought a gas grill from Jacksons Home and Garden early in the pandemic. They were great. We felt safe shopping, the salesman was very knowledgeable and the delivery was prompt. We have had a few questions since that time and they were able to help us over the phone.

Wow! I've not been there before and going in December, off-season, isn't as exciting I'm sure as going in March/April, but it's great! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, in a good mood, like they all enjoy their jobs, refreshing. About 50% mask-wearing outside (I chose not to take the dog inside). The saying goes, you get what you pay for and this is not a discount store, because everything is great quality. The Christmas trees today looked like they were freshcut this morning and were all the perfect shape. We went for pots for the front landscaping and I know they'll be here long after I'm gone. I'm looking forward to going in the Spring.

Amazing nursery. They have great selection of plants and prices are very reasonable. Also, another worth thing mentioning is the amount of grills they have. I never seen so many choices offered anywhere else. Highly recommend Jacksons Home & Garden.

Jackson’s is truly a one-stop shop for gifts and gardening! I took care of last year’s Christmas presents at Jackson’s, and they were a hit! The salsas, the apple butter, the candles, and the home gifts — it’s hard not to shop for myself too! The staff at Jackson’s are attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I have questions about plant care, the greenhouse staff are very helpful. Whenever I’m shopping around the indoor section of the store, I’m consistently asked if I need help with anything. I’m grateful for Jackson’s and I can’t wait for the next Christmas season!

Absolutely beautiful nursery. The outdoor area has an amazing selection of beautiful healthy flowers.

The inside shop has many home good items that help make your home and garden look magical. I come here when I need inspiration on home and garden decor.

The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products and plants.

Very nice store with good selection of quality products. However, I ordered.~$10K of patio furniture in early November. They checked the manufacturer’s inventory (and showed me the inventory report) and told me that I could expect shipment the first week of December, with no problem receiving the furniture before Christmas. I paid and went on my way.

One week later, They sent me an email saying that my updated ship date was mid-February of 2024, a 2.5 month delay. When I called, they said they were going to do some follow-up to sort out the confusion.

Four weeks later, I still had not heard anything so I called again. This time, they repeated the mid-February date explaining that the delay was because of the holiday season, but said that was not a commitment either and it could be later, and it was not an option to cancel my order (so I could buy a different set somewhere else).

Told me what I wanted to hear to get the sale. Lack of follow-up and communication upon escalation. And no effort to make the situation right other than a promise for status updates in the future. Very disappointing first experience with Jackson’s.

Update: To Jackson's owner, I appreciate the response and understand vendor delays, but did or your team look into the issue before you responded? Did it really delay 2.5 months in 4 days? I actually received an email response to my inquiry on 12/14 quoting an 'estimated ship date' of 12/11. It was when I called that I was told to disregard that confirmation and that the best estimate was mid to late April because they were really busy due to the holidays (a patio furniture manufacturer?). I'll leave it alone at this point, but the poor communication and lack of any accountability is really disappointing. Seems like a nice store...hope the feedback helps them to be better.

Great products fantastic service. From the moment you're greeted till check out you will have all your questions answered and a transfer of product knowledge that you won't get anywhere else.

They have a good selection here. If you come during the week, be prepared to get a greeting from every single employee. Not necessarily a bad thing - they're friendly and there's less traffic then.

I'd say their stock/plants are well taken care of, the selection is a bit better than your neighborhood garden center, but the prices also seem to be a bit higher.

Awesome selection of BBQ Grills and accessories, one of the biggest and best in Dallas. Jacksons also has the biggest selection of SuckleBusters BBQ Rubs and sauces too!

Jackson's Home & Garden is outstanding. They have a huge selection of plants for your garden. Any time I am in the store, their staff is always friendly and they are available to answer any questions you may have. The store is beautifully arranged, with many choices for inside the home as well. I cannot say enough nice things about this local business.

The quality of their plants is top-notch. howeverr, meep in mind their plants are four times more expensive than Home Depot or Walmart

when i came to purchase a 200$ houseplant the older lady (owner?) who was sweeping the floor did not offer to help me at all by asking me what i was looking for, et cetera

when i asked her which conditions each plant thrived in, she acted unsure of the answer and would subsequently rattle off generic information.

after purchasing the houseplant, even though there were no other customers inside, she didn’t even bother to walk the 5 steps required to ope. the door while i struggled w the plant

if you’re going to charge top-notch prices, you need to have top-notch service. to be honest Home Depot has much better customer service

We’d been looking to replace our garden fountain for quite sometime. Accidentally discovered Jackson’s and the choice of fountains they had was just awesome! It was a little pricey, but we were able to get one that was quite elegant!

Giving four stars because it took a long wait to get it delivered and then had to wait again since the installation wasn’t proper causing water to drain out overnight. Perhaps, you should shop there during off season since they attributed service delays to peak season rush!
