All Poolie's technicians who service our community are very well trained and knowledgeable. I appreciate the concern in making sure my pool is cleaned with detail service. Technician very polite, lets you know when onsite and when leaving.

Not honest. They kept saying they would return the money back since there was a mistake on money transfer and kept saying “don’t worry I’ll send it back” but never did. They ran with the extra $500 money (which was already on top of the tip). We kept reaching out since he said he would give it back but he stopped responding. I wouldn’t trust nor recommend due to dishonesty.

Great customer service

I live in an apartment which this company services. My car is a hybrid and I have a cable running to the car to charge it. When not in use it's bundled up near a bush. I've lived here nine months and have had my cable in the same place. They have recently cut my charging cable with their hedge trimmers. I have it on camera. I've forwarded it to management, but they responded with "I didn't see the trimmers cut it". There has been nothing else near this cable that could cut it that's been in the same place for months. How do you conveniently not see the cable this one time. DO NOT hire these people. They do not respect the property of others nor do they have the integrity to tell the truth. They will give you some terrible excuse just to get out of doing the right thing. Their quality of work is well below subpar. They don't mow the yards, they weed eat it to the roots. In this Texas heat, that will kill the grass. They don't care. They're just here to pick up a paycheck.

I spoke to the crew “team leader” to ask if he could move 1 of the 2 vehicles that were blocking the entrance to my work. And he basically told me to get lost, because what he was doing was more important.

Clean Scapes does the landscaping for the neighborhood I live in. Our house backs up to a grassy area with bushes. The landscaper felt that it was appropriate to blow all the grass clippings under the fence into our backyard all over our freshly laid mulch and flower beds and into our swimming pool. Very unprofessional!

Excelente servicio

The crew was very professional and quickly removed a 48" tree and trimmed its companion tree in one day. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and my extra request for firewood was stacked neatly by my house. Highly recommend and definitely will use again.

Working with Bare Roots was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Super professional, incredibly prompt, and their process is seamless—like they've got it down to a science. Can’t recommend them enough!

Ceasar is amazing! He replaced our very old sprinkler system, and he was very affordable. He came back 6 months later and even replaced a sprinkler head that popped off. Highly recommend Ceasar.

Caesar and his team are amazing. They have done multiple projects ranges from replacing my flower bed, fence, and monthly lawn maintenance. I 100% recommend him for any lawn care job.

Highly recommend. Cesar & his team removed a 50-year old crape myrtle tree stump & hard to reach Elm tree limbs during our pool renovation. The stump was in a small, tight area right next to our house & pool. They got it out completely by using a stump grinder, pick ax & shovel, & were careful to not damage the house or pool. We've had a lot of stump grinding & tree work, & I can tell you this crew knows exactly what to do. Professional, responsive & reasonable.
