what’s wrong with this people here? They be driving reckless and littering. im going to contact the city. so they can stop using them! There’s nothing good about them

Just throw the whole company away, won’t compensate for their hazardous tractors on freeways with stuff flying all over. Karen woods was rude and disrespectful, not helpful at all

I was at White Rock Lake this morning sitting in my truck a full size truck and a little S10 size truck parked near me to empty the two trash cans at 3800 West Lawther....3 employees got of the vehicles ,one was griping about how full the cans were . between all 3 workers the emptied one can and looked at the other and left it full ...if you want to be lazy and gripe about the work just quit ,someone else will take the job !

Im in the Oak Cliff Highland Hills area at Alta Mesa Park. One truck with two guys pulled up (Sept 06, 2017 11:45am-12:00pm). They stayed in the truck for about 10 mins. The driver got out to pick up trash. He only pick up 3 to 5 pieces. Poor service for a public park smh

If you live or commute to or through mesquite, or south eastern Dallas you have seen these men cutting our highways, and city owned properties. Not only local, but their hand streaches far and wide over the dfw with city contracts, residential, you name it they landscape it. Also, having a hard time finding work? Do you have some obsticals keeping you from getting hired most places? And do you mind back breaking labor for modest pay, but guaranteed 40+ overtime a week if you will? Preferably in the warmer season, come by the office before the begging of the work day, 6:30, 7:00 am, you may have to stand around and wait for a supervisor for 15 or 20 minutes, but if you are able bodied and know how to run some simple yard equipment, they will start you that day.

Just saw a video how one of their employees abuse a dog. The dog was not bothering him. Despicable behaviour!!!!

One has to select a star to post here, but this company deserves no stars. There is no good in Good Earth. When Good Earth took over the lawn maintenance here at the Monopoly Place Duplexes quality went down. The workers are not careful of the trees and shrubs. They nearly kill (the jury is still out) my newly planted willow slicing the trunk open with their careless weed whacking. I put a plastic protective guard around the trunk to protect the area -- yesterday I came home to find the protector weed whacked to bits and lying beside the tree. Seriously, they didn't even bother to clean up the mess! If I was paying these guys, I have fired them the first day!

Good Earth has its good and bad.
If their HR person, took more responsibility with her job. Stop Making people wait to have Goverment documents sign and put a person who has cancer wait for treatments they would get more stars. The business does fair job on the Highways and other business grass areas. This company been around since the late 70's there no excuses for some staff behavior here. Your going to have a few bad apples in any Job setting..

I have had my lawn mowed multiple times by Good Earth. I got the recommendation from my neighbor who has his lawn mowed every few weeks by you guys. I was needing the crew to come sooner than I expected and when I called today I was told that they do not do residential? Not only have I had my lawn mowed by then multiple times, it also CLEARLY states on the website that they do residential lawn mowing! There is actually an entire page dedicated on their website to Lawn Care services. The staff member at ext 204 was very rude and short with me, and said that they DONT do residential lawns! I hope they understand how misleading it can be for a customer to have those services listed on the website and the also had those services provided in the past month, but then so rudely told by an employee that They don’t provide that service?!
I mean, they have an entire section on their website called Lawn Care. It says, and I quote “ We provide lawn care in Dallas and the surrounding municipals. We work with all types of properties, not only residential and commercial, but also largely with municipal areas, too.“

I haven't used their services, but I can speak to the character of several of their employees. My SUV ran out of gas right as I pulled up to the gas station and a few of them pushed it uphill to the gas pump. They offered their help without being asked to be in service to someone else. That's the kind of people I would give by business to.

Ruined my grass. Used herbicide to clear out weeds on the gravel walkway and over sprayed to the grass. This will grow nothing but weeds now. Contacted them about it and no response.

Saw a video of one of their workers throwing big stones at a stray dog in a park. Over and over again. Something needs to be done. Awful.

Watch your dog(s) their employees will throw rocks at them & hurt them! They enjoy hearing them cry for help!

I understand yall need to work in the morning to get the job done early or whatever but, when I go outside to watch yall work and see that you SPEND 30 MINUTES ON ONE SPOT RIGHT OUTSIDE MY WINDOW IT MAKES ME THINK YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE DAMN JOB. It took 2 guys 2 GUYS 30 MINUTES TO LEAF BLOW ONE FREAKIN PARKING SPOT. ONE PARKING SPOT. Lazy unprofessional company.

Well, a video showed one of the workers abusing a dog, so I think someone better pony up with an explanation. Of course, there is no reason to abuse a dog.

This company has employees cat calling young ladies. It's disgusting.

Do not use this company, they use contract employees who knowingly hit and abuse dumped dogs without pursuing legal action. The question asked is was the dog aggressive when in the video taken clearly shows the contractor aggressively throwing rocks and the puppy crying. Outrageous and heartbreaking. 💔
