Don't hire that company, as they employ abusive people who mistreat animals in the parks where they work with extreme cruelty. Today it's a dog, tomorrow it'll be a child or an elderly person. This is extremely serious.

A video is going viral online showing one of their employees throwing stones at an innocent stray dog in a park, causing the dog to scream in pain. The dog wasn’t provoking him in any way. This kind of unnecessary and cruel behavior is unacceptable.

With as much negative and bad reviews that this company have I don’t see how are they still employed by the city. I was drive down Spur 408 and my car was hit with flying debris. It hit my car so hard that me and my son jumped, I thought my window was broken. I pulled over to assess the damage and then proceeded to go to the employees that was on the tractor. They called their supervisor name Miguel. He came out and looked, took a video and I got his phone and took pics of every spot where my car was hit. He then told me to call the office and talk to them. I called and they transferred me to a lady name Karen. She was so rude and obnoxious, she wouldn’t even allow me to speak without over talking me. She then tells me that she will call me back and hung up. She never call back. I call her back the next day and she tell me that she is going to deny my claim because she don’t think they did anything to my car and then say call your insurance company. I informed her that I will be calling the city of Dallas and hung up. I will be filing a claim against this company and seek restitution for the damages that they did to my car.

Today a worker was very disrespectful and unprofessional, as I have seen many landscapers as they cut grass to stop as u walk pass or go to another area as u are outside of your home moving around are something. Today as I’m trying to go to the bus stop and wait on the but that was coming in a few minutes the man sits here and continues to cut grass and as I screamed to me he acts as if he doesn’t here me for a while then turns around and yells at me telling me I should of waited when usually out of all the times I have experienced those cutting grass they always are considerate and let u do what u are trying to do instead he decided to continue to cut grass even after he turned and yells to me as if Im wrong!

It offers a friendly work environment. The staff were informative. The secretary was very courteous and quick in response to my inquiries.

I witnessed this group pull up and eat lunch at this gas station. Upon completion of lunch, your crew decided it best to discard their trash on the floor. I was wondering if this was protocol, especially for such a well respected landscape company. The LP# is GNY-8764.

I am Jane's neighbor. We live in the same neighborhood. This company just recently came out and scalped all the yards in the neighborhood and used a mulcher as well. I have told them several times not to do my yard, as I care for it myself. I use an organic method and my yard was very nice. A few years ago I rejuvenated it from dead, packed soil and brought it up to a lush, thick carpet of St. Augustine. Now? Well... I'll let the pictures speak for themselves...

St. Augustine should never be mowed extremely short, and certainly never scalped. Let's just say, it's scalped. I hope and pray that it comes back, but I have serious doubts. The only portion that seems to have survived is the steep slope where the scalper couldn't go. It's "sleeping for the winter" (dormant), but it's still thick. The flat part up top is... well, see for yourself. A picture is worth a thousand words...

I was driving on HWY 175 when one of their mowers flung something straight to my windshield and shattered the whole thing. I then had glass imbedded all over me. It took me a few weeks to find out what company the city was responsible since each city was putting it on another. Finally the city of Seagoville let me know it was their city who had mowers out through a contract with Good Earth. I contacted Good Earth just to get the insurance info and their HR Karen was EXTREMELY rude and said they will not be supplying the insurance information because they will not be taking fault she also asked my why did I not walk up to the mowers when it happened on the Hwy? I let her know I had glass imbedded in me that prevented me from going to them but I did have the police report. She mentioned this happens all the time and she will not be giving over insurance info. This company acts as if accidents don’t happen and mowers could not ever throw something out to damage vehicles. She made it seem like what I was saying were lies. I will be taking this to the City of Seagoville now and hiring a lawyer. (All I wanted was insurance info so the windshield could be covered but her behavior and her representation of the company have now let me know I need to do more) To think this is what they do with individuals all the time is crazy.

Had an excellent experience scheduling garden waste/tree trim removal with Jamie. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and followed up quickly with an estimate and scheduling. Edwin and Camilo (my service providers) were top notch. They gave me heads up when they were en route and arrived right on time. Both were friendly and kept me updated as they got things loaded. Edwin even went as far as apologizing for the leaves that were left behind and, despite my having ZERO expectations of that level of thoroughness, it really showed that they cared about their work. I’ll absolutely be using them again!

We used Down2Earth to remove and replace dead shrubs as well as removing a tree. He was probably the most communicative service provider I have ever worked with! I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. We even added some additional services (tilling soil and laying sod) after the initial work because we were very pleased with the work, professionalism, and pricing.

Responsive communications, on time, fairly priced, quality workmanship

Alan did a great job. He was very professional and timely. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. His work was good and clean. He cleaned up after everything was done and I would hire him anytime again to do work for me. Alan is a great guy and he has a great company.

Alan responded to an inquiry I had about stump grinding and gave me a fair price. I then requested 2 more stumps out and he got all 3 completed for me and offered to help with other tree trimming services.

I requested a quote through Google, and Down2Earth was incredibly quick to respond. They understood my needs and provided a quote the very same day. Their team was very attentive and did a wonderful job trimming my tree, making sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. Their prices were much more reasonable compared to others, and overall, I received excellent service and care.
