I have three fairly large oak trees around my home that were starting to get a little out of control. I have been reluctant to have anyone trim them because I love the trees so much… and them being “over trimmed” was my biggest fear. Down2Earth Arbor Care was so wonderful and I immediately trusted them when I spoke with them. They aren’t just a company that comes and cuts as much away as possible just because. He understood that I wanted my trees to be left very natural and as little removed as possible, while still removing enough to keep them healthy and happy! They really love trees, and it shows. I am so happy with the work they did and I will continue to trust them with all of my trees!

I had Alan come out to trim a few trees in my yard, and he did a great job shaping and thinning them out. He cleaned up all the branches before leaving, and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely use him again next time!

This company uses sub contractors. How do I know... Because I asked and they said yes they do. So I'm not going to be too hard on the parent company but they absolutely rushed through the job. Left cut grass all over my front porch and back driveway. Weeded where grass should have been cut with a lawn mower. Edging was incomplete. Ect. Read the reviews after they left. Always read reviews FIRST from now on.

Worst service ever. Just horrible

Horrible Service, I should have read the reviews.

After a week of not showing up to mow, it took another week to get a refund.

They started mowing the wrong house and charging it to me, even though I called and told them twice.

This is the absolute WORST lawn mowing service. They lack customer service and increase the prices without notification and cancelled my service with no notice.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had an appointment with them to manicure the yard and they never showed or contacted me as to why they decided to cancel my appointment.

They are priced good and are always on time. Have had good customer service so far. No complaints here. They do make your yard look good. Thanks.
