Great service... the technician was great and explained all the parts and reasons for the work completed today. My yard still looks the best in the neighborhood.

I am a new customer for TruGreen as of 5/6/2024. I believe I paid a decent price for a whole year of service and the TruGreen app I downloaded to my cell phone is WONDERFUL. I need to unlock 3 areas on my property for their service team to gain access. My 4-star rating is only given because I believe a better breakdown was needed for a new customer so I would have known what to expect in the days of service to follow. I would have been better prepared since TruGreen came to my property 3 days in a row for different types of application. TruGreen's servicemen will not apply their treatment if they cannot gain access. Sulphur for soil treatment is an example of another issue where I had no knowledge of laws against application to areas that include bedrock below the soil. This example is based on my notice of one serviceman not applying in a certain gated area. I received the important information only because I was home and questioned him. Overall, I believe my relationship with TruGreen will improve since customer care in the office has been very accommodating to help me with my lawn issues. I look forward to how TruGreen will help my shrub issues.

Matthew was the first to actually ring the door bell and waited to explain exactly what he was doing and informed me what could possibly be wrong with my bushes and what I needed to do to help get them better. He seemed genuinely concerned. He's an asset to the company. Thank Matthew 💞

Hello. Just to thank you for sending Matthew to my place. He very cordial and polite. I asked him about been the technician for next year and he said that would be William which is fine.I would like to have the same technician during the year that way he can be proud of his performance and make me happy to see my lawn healthy and green.

I just started Mosquito and Pest control services with Tru Green. I have had Lawn and Tree and Shrub services for 3 years now. They always tell me ahead of time the window for when they will come. There is even an APP to track where I can watch their real time progress before they get to my house. The technicians always show up and go right to work clearing those wasp nests and cobwebs, spraying for mosquitos (and will return a second time if needed), or treating the lawn and trees. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend Tru Green.

This is absolutely the worst company to allow to service your lawn. They came out and setup a plan to service my lawn after they had serviced it for over 5 years and it looked horrible. The so called manager came out and stated he was going kill off all the weeds but it would kill some grass well but he would aerate the yard and plant new seeds to make up for the poor service. He came out once and I never saw him again. Now my yard is destroyed and I can't get anyone in management to call me or to return a call. Don't waste your time and money with them. Choose another company and you will be much happier. Do not give these crooks your money and let them destroy your lawn!!!!

I received a call before he arrived. He serviced the front and side and drove off. The key to the back gate he did not see. As he drove off I called him and he returned promptly to finish the back yard!

The technicians were very professional and polite. They let me know what treatment they were applying and asked if I had any questions. They did a fantastic job with full coverage to front and back yard.👏

Tree and shrub service is going great and I can already see a difference in my lawn. Great job, I highly recommend TruGreen Lawn Care.

My yard was in bad shape when I moved in. I wasn't sure about TruGreen because I wasn't seeing any improvement. They sent a specialist out and resolved the problem weeds I had quickly. He even talked to me in detail about everything. I'm very pleased with the company. Thank you for getting my yard in shape.

The lawn care was fine, but the specialist is no longer ringing my doorbell to let me know he is here so I have no opportunity to talk to him.

TruGreen goes far beyond to listen to their customers questions and concerns and to fix a problem if there is one. TruGreen stands behind their product and customers! Thank you again TruGreen!

I had Trugreen services for one calendar year and my grass became greener but they never got rid of all of the weeds. Constant treatments and services which I was charged for with not enough results. Constant annoying telemarking calls for upgrades to my services (mosquito treatments). Lastly they leave their treatment signage in the yard which they never remove old ones just continue to add more. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Our lawn has made a huge improvement in such a short period of time. Our yard was full of weeds and dead spots. We take so much pride in our home with a yard this beautiful.

It is very frustrating to see a company treat customers — especially military veterans — with such disregard. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional lawn care service.

My family encountered a completely avoidable issue with this company, and not once did they accept responsibility or make any effort to correct the situation. There was no accountability, no apology, and no goal to fix the problem — just poor customer service from start to finish.

There are plenty of other businesses out there that take pride in their work and actually value their customers. I strongly encourage you to take your money elsewhere.

Mr Jermycal Bass was great answered all my questions went over best practices for mowing and watering. Was very respectful of our pets and concerned with thier well-being. We greatly appreciate his service .

I made it clear that we wanted brushing clearing for Johnson grass and Virginia creeper. They came and partially sprayed and said the grass was too tall to treat. The service rep said that they could clear our the weeds. I called back and they explicitly do not pull up weeds. Would have been a fine service if that's what I wanted. I do not appreciate dishonesty

Getting Mosquito service, and it has helped a lot! The Representative ( Bishop) is always personable, courteous, friendly, and thorough! That’s about all you can ask for!

Don’t waste your money with TruGreen and with this agent from Dallas, TX. They ain’t doing what they supposed to do based on your specific requests. This agent from Dallas is unethical, not honest and professional. I am regretted that I wasted $90 one time per month for fertilization for the last 4 months in 2022, all those fertilizations could be done by me by going to Lowe or Home Depot to buy fertilizer and only cost me appx $30-$40. I requested them multiple time that I want weed control treatment but they didn’t do it, just spreading some fertilizer which I couldn’t even see on my lawns.
