What a hidden gem we stumbled upon today. Great landscape/flower selection but wait until you enter the showroom. An eclectic selection of higher end decor, furniture and appliances.

They always have a great selection of plants and lots of help to answer questions. They've always had wonderful outdoor furniture and backyard accessories. Now they have an AMAZING selection of furniture, great gifts, and great decorating items for inside and outside the house. It's just fun to shop there!!

If you're looking for a grill or smoker and you are in Dallas, this is the place to go. Great variety of brands and prices. Maurilio and the rest of the grill team are knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect fit.

Demeaning. A sales person told me to go to the clearance section while I was shopping around. I just had had a chemical peel so maybe I wasn’t looking my best, but the level of disrespect was unfathomable. Apparently they are only nice to people that look like they can afford their products? Think again. Honestly don’t even want the plant I bought after this experience.

Beyond impressed. If I could give Jacksons Home & Garden a higher rating I would. I was in the market for a Napoleon grill and used their website to contact Napoleon dealers near me. I contacted BBQs Galore, Foreman's General Store and JH&G. JH&G responded right away to my inquiry. Never even heard back from the other 2 stores. I worked with Troy and Joe.
Both very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. They told me they could order me the exact grill, assemble it, deliver and install it for no additional cost. They would have to order it as that exact model was not in store. That blew me away as my research assured me I would have to pay for all of those services in addition to the grill. They placed and scheduled the order for me. After a week I was informed that they had my grill and gave me a delivery window. The store then called me a couple days later to give me a more precise delivery window. On the day of delivery the delivery person called and told me when they were on the way. The delivery guys were professional and friendly. Not only did they assemble/deliver/install the grill for me, they showed me how all of the features worked, offered to haul away my old grill and asked me if I wanted a dual natural gas connector that they had in the truck. It was a pleasure doing business with JH&G and will be a lifetime customer.

Amazing array of home decor, appliances and goodies. Some of the coolest lighting fixtures I've seen. Very contemporary.
They also carry signed copies of Texas As I See It, the coffee table book.

I would love to give them more stars, but you cannot ever get anyone on the telephone to answer any questions. Which leaves you to only have to drive there and see somebody in person and even then sometimes it’s difficult to find someone to help you.

Thee Dallas place to go. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We visit several times per year for seasonal items and gift giving. Thanks y’all!

If you havent been to Jacksons, it is a must for outdoor furnishings or a unique house warming gift. Gifts consist of wonderful crystal and hand made platters from Italy. If you need an out door pot, or plants, it is at Jacksons.

A gardeners heaven! The staff is outstanding. Very attentive and courteous. A young man assisted us with outdoor fountains, and Nancy is just a gem to work with in dishes, china and outdoor acrylic stemware! So helpful. Absolutely beautiful store.

Wonderful store! Jacksons Home & Garden is a great place to get gifts, household goods, plants, flowers, accents, and even furniture. The front room recently got re-merchandised and it looks fab! I love their fall set! It's so festive! I can't wait to go here for all my Christmas decorations and gifts, too! The store is much bigger than it looks! Wear sneakers! It's very fun to shop here, especially for the holidays!

We own Marbella’s Massage down the road and we get a lot of our plants from Jacksons! 👏🏼

I want to give a shout out to Jackson's Home & Garden Center on Lemmon for all their help. We are not knowledgeable at all about flowers and plants and we were assisted by 4 different people including the manager and one lady (Suzanne) spent close to 2 hours off and on answering questions while keeping a great spirit. For what I consider an upscale place, the flowers and plants were not much more and the service and quality of the plants far outweighed the cost. We will definitely make them our first choice

I picked up a plant order from them today, and their employees were very kind with helping to load my order and carefully arrange them in the truck bed. I was able to make it safely back home (over an hour away) with all my magnolias intact thanks to their help!

I have purchased the 24” x 24” concrete pavers for a yard/pool project that remains unfinished because this product has not been restocked and no one will tell me when they will be available. I have called and left messages and no luck. I drive about 100 miles to pick these up each time, and last time I was told there was plenty to finish my project, but there were only 9 that were undamaged and useable. The pool has to be vacuumed every day because of the dirt that blows in it. I’ve been in contact with someone in pottery and he says he will get back to me with an ETA but that has never happened. Yesterday I was told I would receive a call back and never did. No response this morning yet so I’m writing this review in hopes that someone can remedy this issue. I’ve enjoyed visiting Jackson’s but this has caused a lot of frustration and has dragged on for well over a month. If these have to be discarded because no more can be obtained, that’s a lot of time, money and energy wasted for nothing.

If you like grilling and smoking outside - this is must stop for all your spices, equipment, firewood and much more. I have purchased multiple smokers over the years including my Oklahoma smoker on a trailer that I purchased 30 years ago ! Of course my XXL Green Egg was purchased here too!

I went today to search for pots, and I'll have to say they have the best selection in the area. They were also having a plant sale, and their plants are still beautiful! It's July 1st, almost, and some nurseries have given up already, and their plants look dead.😵
Jackson's is pricier than other nurseries, but you're paying for good care.

One of the hidden gems in Dallas. Great service, everyone was friendly and available for help. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plans, great selection of decor, candles, all kinds of thing for gift ideas. There’s a whole section for Xmas stuff.

Pricing a bit high therefore not a five star. I like fair pricing. Sales floor upstairs had better pricing. Wide variety for a home and garden store that has been there nearly 40 years. Everyone was extremely courteous. Good quality products all around. Loads of outdoor fountains. Again the pricing was way of out league. But we got some creative ideas for our home. Fun place for a date. But do buy one item and that will make you feel rich. Been back again. I still agree with my earlier review.
