We had three rugs cleaned before moving them into our new home. Jeffery did an amazing job! The rugs are spotless and look just like new. Our main concern was dog hair, and they managed to remove every single bit of it—there’s not a trace of pet hair left. My husband also mentioned how friendly everyone he spoke with was, and I agree that the delivery team was just as kind and helpful. This was my first time having Top Dallas Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets at my B&B in Dallas. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies before, but it was never as good as this experience. Ruben and Micah were very accommodating with my schedule, making sure the carpets would be dry before my guests checked in. When I had an emergency with a stain on my sister-in-law’s carpet, they came right away and took care of it. I will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again in the future. They truly did an amazing job!

I reached out to a local carpet cleaning company in Dallas in the early afternoon, and they were able to set up an appointment for me within the hour to clean the carpets in a town home I was moving out of. Emmanuel came by, and he was very professional and worked efficiently. The prices were reasonable, and the customer service was excellent! Emmanuel left the carpets looking fresh and smelling amazing—he even provided disposable shoe covers so I could walk on the clean carpet right away. I will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again at my new place.

The communication from the company was good as far as letting me know the arrival time the day before and on the day of service. The gentleman by the name of Jeffrey was and helpful. Gave me some advice on the care of the carpet. Will use company again.

i couldn't be more pleased with taylor and the service his company, garage door repair dallas, delivered. someone accidentally tracked tar onto my brand new master bedroom carpet, a scene that left me horrified. i wasn't sure if it was possible to remove it. i reached out to taylor, and they arrived promptly to tackle the problem. they were successful in removing every trace of the tar from the carpet, leaving it looking as good as new. you wouldn't even know anything had happened. they were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. i would definitely recommend them for any carpet cleaning or related services you might need.

I would NOT book with this company. I don’t know how they have a high rating. I have not had a great experience, though it didn’t start that way. The person who answered the phone was lovely. She suggested 8am the next day for my carpet cleaning and I shared that the time wouldn’t work as I take my children to school around that time. She nicely offered for the tech to come later at 9am. She quoted me a standard $79 for two rooms and $79 to clean the couch. She did say the tech would give a more accurate quote, but that’s their standard rate. Later that night, I received a text from a different # (from San Francisco) regarding if it would be “convenient for me” to reschedule to 8am for my CHIMNEY cleaning. I said I was not having a chimney cleaning and also that I was very clear that time would not work for me due to taking my children to school. I was then asked again if I was okay moving the services to 8am even after I shared it was not okay. We settled on 8:30am, which was fine, but gave me barely enough time to get ready. The tech arrived on time. I expected a different cost for part of it as I was upfront half the job (separate rooms) had pet stains. I okayed the charge for the deep clean. However, the couch charge was changed to $250 from $79. On this company’s defense, my couch is a large sectional. I did not think to mention its size, but also the scheduler did not ask. Still, I said no as that was too much for me. Then I showed the tech two rooms in my home — no pet stains, small rooms, just standard clean and he said $99. When I shared I’d been quoted $79 for a standard clean, he was visibly annoyed (with me? with whomever quoted me? I don’t know). He was not friendly. He was very short with his replies, but I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience. I also had him do two other rooms in our guest house and he asked a few times when I’d be paying him, which felt uncomfortable. He asked Zelle or Venmo, which I preferred Venmo. I paid him directly. He pushed Zelle, which I always struggle with thru my bank. He was a bit annoyed I couldn’t figure it out and said fine Venmo after sighing and acting exasperated. Again, I felt a lot like I was an inconvenience. He told me he wanted me to pay so he could just leave after. He seemed in a hurry, which he did earn $450 when all was said and done for about 1.5 hours of work. As for the work, the 4 bedrooms looked the same (standard cleaning), but also had no major stains or issues. There were a few super small (non-pet) stains that remained. The rooms had been cleaned 2 years ago last, so were not bad. The deep cleaned areas I still noticed a few stains. However, admittedly, the areas were bad pet stains. Perhaps that’s all that could have been done? I’m not sure as he did not communicate much. I received no after care instructions nor invoice from him as promised (and I did text and ask and it’s now been several days). I seldom write below 5 star reviews on here. My one star review is for the lovely lady that scheduled me. I’m quite understanding. If it couldn’t be done - okay. Communication goes a long way. That evening I also received a call regarding feedback in which I shared what I’ve said here. The person was apologetic and said they’d be getting back to me to make it right after first offering to have him come back. Why would I want him back? It has now been a week and I have not heard back from the company. My overall experience was that these were several disconnected subcontractors providing me sub-par service/charges and an overall uncomfortable experience.

Upon arrival, he demonstrated in-depth knowledge of carpet cleaning and explained the procedure in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner. I have used this carpet cleaning service in Dallas for years! Their prices are always fair, and they often have good deals on their social media. We've had Emmanuel come out three times, and he is always on time, very knowledgeable, and works efficiently. Emmanuel is friendly to both us and our not-so-friendly dog, Domino, and he always explains what he’s going to do before bringing in any equipment. Emmanuel could even identify mystery stains on our carpet—turns out we had some dog pee and soda stains I didn’t even know about, along with the paint and red dirt I did know! As always, he cleaned all our rooms thoroughly using products that don’t bother my asthma. I really appreciate Emmanuel’s professionalism and his amazing skills at getting out tough stains from the moment he arrives. I highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service—don’t go anywhere else!

i called on a sunday, expecting to leave a message, but was surprised when one of the owners answered. damon was really friendly over the phone, explained the whole carpet cleaning process, and gave helpful recommendations for what i needed. they were able to schedule me for the next morning, which worked out great! manuel cleaned the carpet and was very attentive, explaining each step as he worked. the service was quick but very thorough. i can see a big difference in my carpet, and i'm really glad they could come out so fast. this was my first time having my carpets professionally cleaned in dallas, and i'm very impressed. highly recommend!

i couldn’t be happier with the carpet cleaning service we got. thanks to joe and his team, our office in dallas feels fresher, cleaner, and the carpets look and smell so much better. they managed to get out all the tough foot traffic stains and old food spills from our carpets, and they even deep cleaned and brightened up our restroom tiles, which i thought was impossible. they arrived on time, were super polite, professional, and worked hard through the morning. when everyone came back to work, my coworkers kept saying how great everything looked. as for the price, it was right in the middle compared to other quotes we got, and the quality made it totally worth it.

Absolutely wonderful service! I had a couch, an upholstered chair, an ottoman, and two chairs that were all really dirty from pets, kids, and lots of use. I also needed carpet cleaning for two rooms. Emmanuel was a perfectionist and really cared about doing a great job. He was very detailed and made sure every spot was completely clean. My furniture and carpets look amazing—like new! Emmanuel arrived on time and worked hard the whole time he was here. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to.
