Joe and Manuel arrived right on time and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We had already tried using a rental carpet cleaning machine a couple of times, but the carpets still looked dirty. We weren’t sure if a professional service could do any better, but Joe really made a difference! The carpets look almost new now. We are very pleased with the results. The pricing was fair, Joe was punctual, kept good communication (even called to let us know when he was on the way), and was friendly and easy to talk to. We hired Ivory Maids for a deep clean of our home in Richardson. They did a great job and were very thorough with the cleaning. The cleaners were on time, professional, and worked efficiently. One thing I appreciated was that there was no prep work required for us, and they brought all of their own supplies.
