I shop for services on Google maps and generally lean toward ones with high ratings. Sometimes you think its a fluke or there's no way a business could have that high or that low of a rating. After having Richard with Aqualux come out and help us with the stained carpet we had, I can see why they have such an excellent rating on here. Professional and thorough is what you need when you need a job done right, and these guys deliver! Fair price and exceptional work. You'll end up saving their number for the next time you need carpet or rugs cleaned like I did!

You do NOT find service, integrity, or professionalism like this anymore. Richard came over to clean my very large sectional 2 months ago. Rather than receive a large payment for cleaning and services, he was honest and full of integrity when he noticed that my couch had already been treated with a damaging solvent due to another company's mistake and said that he couldn't in good standing clean my couch. He left without getting paid. He did not bad mouth the other company, but he was honest and did not want to clean something that was truly ruined in the long run by another company. I know he could have made our couch look better (or descent) that day but he, instead, chose to do the right thing and voice his professional opinion.

We have been working with Richard for years and years. And with my house of 3 boys and a dog, he gets out every stain. I haven't wanted to shop him around because I value his services, but when I talk to others about how much their upholstery cleaning is, Richard is consistent if not less than other high quality upholster cleaners in the Dallas area.

Richard is a class act. If you experience anything other than great service, honest pricing, and professional expertise, it's time to switch companies and call Aqualux.

Richard took our call at 6am. We are leaving to go out of town this afternoon and were
desperate to have a large stain removed from our couch. Richard could tell we were in a bind, and he said he would take care of us. Brent arrived within the hour, prepared with a portable machine. He came up and got straight to work at 8am. The couch looks brand new, and if there is ever a spill or stain, we won’t be touching the couch until we speak to Richard or Brent. So kind, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Richard and Brent.

Had an SOS pet stain situation and had to leave for a trip the next day, so time was of the essence. Richard was thankfully able to squeeze in an appointment the same morning. He cleaned out the stains quickly/thoroughly, which is very tricky to accomplish with untreated organic material rugs. They look flawless now and I’m beyond pleased with the result. What a relief! Highly recommend their service.

Richard at Aqualux is incredible! He went above and beyond to not only do an amazing job within the house, but he was upfront, honest, and in constant communication with us. He explained every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made our rental home look and feel extraordinarily clean. We will absolutely use again!

Richard at Aqualux came by and cleaned a rug we bought from an estate sale. Was extremely timely, kind, and knowledgeable about rugs as we hadn’t owned a rug of this size before. Gave us a few tips and tricks to ensure longevity and cleaned it to perfection as well. 10/10 would recommend again.

I had Aqualux Carpet Cleaning come out, and Richard, the technician, was fantastic! He showed up on time, was super friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything before he started and even gave me tips to help keep my carpets looking good longer.

There were some spots in the dining room that I was worried about, but the work they did was incredible. They were so thorough with the pre-treatment. The staff was so polite and took the time to explain the difference in the cleaners. It was an easy process. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company that is reliable with honest pricing, this is the one for you.

If you have authentic Orientals, you know the dread of bleeding colors. I sent two of my antique rugs to Perfect Carpet for rug cleaning and they came back not only looking vibrant, but better than they have in years. The detail they put into the hand-knotted edges of the rugs is perfect.
