Called Aqualux for a barbecue sauce stain and a spot my new dog left on our floor (had heard they are good with pet stains/odor). Brent made some time the same week to come out and take care of the spots. The dog urine stain was completely gone, and he also completely removed the barbecue sauce stain, which he said was actually dog vomit (my dog had been sick a few weeks prior). He even cleaned the rest of the floor for good measure to make sure there was no pet odor. Super satisfied and they will definitely be my go-to carpet cleaners in the future.

Was referred to them by a friend, they were fast with scheduling and very informative. They came out and cleaned and protected my couch and area rug, very thorough and got everything out! Will definitely use them for all future cleaning needs!

This company is the real deal! I’m blown away at the results, professionalism, honesty that they use. We called for a very stubborn blackberry vomit stain and the results are incredible! Fair pricing and Brent our technician was over the top friendly, professional, and realistic about what he could do. Best $ ever spent and cleaned 5-6 bedrooms!

I’ve tried just about all of them, and this is the best carpet cleaner in Dallas, hands down. Punctual, informative, affordable, and they do a fantastic job. There has never been a stain they haven’t been able to get out and my carpets always look clean and fresh for months after they leave. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Richard and Brayden came out to clean my carpet today. They were right on time and completely professional. They were up front with pricing and worked very hard to get my carpets clean. I wasn’t sure they could look this good again. I have two kids and two big dogs. The carpets smell fabulous and look fabulous. I appreciate so much that there is no chemical residue on my carpet!! I have a viscose rug - which is higher-maintenance and a delicate material, so I wanted to make sure I hired someone who knew what they were doing. The Aqualux team was knowledgable and knew how to care for my rug as they deep cleaned animal urine stains out of it. Very professional, punctual, and quality service! Thank you Richard and team!

I accidentally left the windows down in my car and it rained the night before. I was worried about water damage and possible mold. Richard came out the same day. He didn’t just do the minimal he could have done. He took the whole seat out of the back to make sure there wasn’t water in the metal pan beneath the seat. He sucked the water out of the seats, and left fans for the seats to dry. He came back the next day to make sure everything was dry before reinstalling my seats. The service was exceptional!

I called on a Sunday because I needed to get pet urine out of a new mattress. Richard took my call and took the time to ask questions and explain the process of extracting it. He came out the very next morning bright and early to do the work. Richard and Brayden were here on time, they worked fast, and made sure to do a thorough cleaning. My mattress looks and smells brand new, and I couldn't be happier! I will be referring them to everyone I know.

If you have a pet who has made a mess in your house or some other carpet catastrophe, make these guys your first call -- particularly if you have carpets that have wool blends, silks and even your orientals. They are professional, reliable and so courteous -- they will be very straightforward with what they can and cannot do but their results, even with some very challenging carpet types have been spectacular. Richard, our technician, was very thorough as to what we could expect. This is every pet owners best friend!

5 stars all the way! I had dog urine on all 6 of my rugs and just like magic they were all GONE! I needed cleaning done ASAP and they accommodated me right away. Richard could not have been more professional, punctual and knowledgable. There is NO other company I will ever use!

Just had Richard clean my entire downstairs after having had a wedding here last weekend and am marveling over the fantastic job he did!!! Wish I had done a before and after to post. He even did area rugs on back porches and they look like new again!!! AQUALUX is professional and detail oriented and i highly recommend this company. 5 STARS!

Richard at Aqualux did a fantastic job! He made sure I knew how the cleaning process worked, what to do to take care of my rugs/carpets, and was clear and upfront about pricing. He was happy to answers any questions I had, and the rugs came out looking great! Additionally Aqualux was very flexible with scheduling and made sure to work out a time that worked with my work schedule.

My carpet was bad. Like "Embarrassing to even have someone come over to clean it" bad.

I had Aqualux over this morning and I cannot say how much I love this place now. I expected to spend way more than I did to have this level of clean. My carpets look AMAZING and I am so happy.

They were polite, wonderful people both on the phone and in person. I had a friend coming into town and they worked with me to squeeze me in an appointment before they arrived. The worker that came in to clean the carpets was super knowledgeable, professional, and really wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Such a nice guy. I can't praise him enough.

Rich has been a joy to work with! I have had a terribly sick dog have multiple large scale incidents including a large volume of blood on my WHITE CARPET. You would never know that the carpet isn't new. I'm so grateful for Aqualux and will definitely use them again should I have any pet stains. These guys are prompt, courteous and efficient.

I had an 8ftx10ft area rug that my dog had thrown up on months ago. I originally called Stanley Steamer and they told me it would be over $350 and they would need to come take the rug and have it for 2-3 weeks. I called Aqualux and Richard came out two days later, spent 30 minutes at my house, and the rug was clean and the stain was totally gone. Another bonus, it cost me less than $200! They're awesome, I will not hesitate to use them again!!

Richard took the time to educate us on the materials used to construct the carpet and rugs in our home, so we can better care for them ourselves. He explained the process he'd use to clean each item and then over-delivered. The rug (a bamboo silk) has been restored to its previous glory and our carpet (natural plant fiber) looks brand new. He was organized, polite, professional, and did a tremendous job. Highly recommend their service!

What a wonderful, high-quality experience...The tech's name was Richard and his customer service, professionalism and 10/10 cleaning work were top of the line. He came early, he did a thorough clean of our couch and carpets - the pet smells are gone & the couch looks close to brand new.

I plan to use again in the future. If you book an appt ask for Richard!
