These guys are PROS. Travis did a GREAT job! He was cleaning 12 yr.old WHITE twill, fully upholstered , legged armchairs & the result was actually beyond my expectations.
He took care to make sure the cotton didn't yellow. He was on time & his co.is really "on it" w/ communication.
The chairs look almost new & my little dog had been fond of scraching her sides w/ the upholstered legs- even they look great....

I am very pleased to write this review for Rugs by Suggs. I have worked with many carpet cleaning services and they stand out among them.

This my second cleaning service and once again I found them knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to work with. I will bring all my carpet needs to Rugs by Suggs from now on.

I called First Choice because we just bought a new house, and there was much to be cleaned before we could move in. The people that owned that house before us had 3 dogs. There were stains everywhere that there was carpet. The scheduling process with First Choice went very smoothly. They accommodated my schedule and showed up promptly. They brought a black light that they use to identify where any urine stains might be. As it turned out, we had them EVERYWHERE, which was apparent by the smell. I bought a package that included along with the cleaning of the carpets an extraction of urine not only from the carpet, but from the pad and kills the bacteria. It's a lengthy process, but very necessary. The technicians spent from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. working very hard. They were very careful using corner guards, shoe covers, etc. taking care of my home while working on my carpets. The carpets look brand new, the smell is gone, and I couldn't be happier! I appreciate the dedication and professionalism that they show to their customers. Thanks guys! Angel Ess

Called to confirm apt and arrived on time. Went over details and discussed how the cleaning was going to go. Rickey was the tech that arrived for First Choice. He was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had in regards to the service. He was honest and did a amazing job on getting my carpets clean. I will definitely be recommending his company and referring him. All the stains that could be removed were taken care of. I did the 5 rooms deep clean which was apart of the Angies List Deal. If you need your carpet's clean look no further!

We recently moved and our dog began to use one of the carpeted upstairs bedrooms as his new potty area. We treated the stains with Nature's Miracle but the room still had a distinctly "funky" smell, especially when the door was closed. After making sure the dog no longer had access to the area, we decided to have the carpets cleaned upstairs. I found First Choice Floor Cleaning on Angie's List and after viewing their very helpful and descriptive website, I hired them to clean all the carpets in our upstairs area.

When the technician arrived we went over what I wanted cleaned and I showed him the stains in the bedroom. He recommended a "Phase 2" pet stain cleaning where he flooded the stains then used strong suction to get all the stuff back out. He said that treating the stains on the surface would not affect the smell. I also went with the extra deep cleaning (RotoVac Restore) in all areas. The technician gave me the price of the service up front so I knew what to expect.

The service was completed quickly and the technician asked me to look upstairs and see if I was pleased with the treatment. I looked the the room that had all the stains and they were completely gone! All the carpets looked fresh and smelled great. The treatment even got rid of all of the stains on the carpeted stairs.

I was very pleased with the excellent service from First Choice Floor Care. Would absolutely use again. Remember to tip your technician if they provide excellent service!
