I needed services for cleaning out my apartment for a move out. The two wonderful ladies left my apartment spotless and did an amazing job. If you ever need your apartment cleaned for a move out or in general I would recommend them.

The owner of this business or an employee but it looks like the owner in the van is on i75 and driving drunk. No signals, swerving, almost caused an accident. Wednesday at 4:20. This is very unprofessional and dangerous. You’re lucky I didnt call the police. No regard for human life on the road. Do not support these people!!!!

I was a previous customer of Stanley Steamer and being right out of college they seemed like a low cost but then I found Best Choice Services and they helped me save a lot of money but still had great work quality, great results and their employees were great ( they were talkative and they were very friendly). I recommend them to anyone who wants great quality work for a low price and great customer service.

These guys were awesome! Carpets were spotless and they were also able to accommodate us when our movers were 3 hours late. Will definitely use them again!

I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning and they could not be bothered to show up or even extend me the courtesy of a phone call cancelling. I did call the morning of my appointment and received a confirmation, then no show.

As for the response to management, I fully understand the pandemic. Do you understand common courtesy and professionalism?

I needed carpet cleaned for my nursery and called best choice for a quote. Their schedule was very difficult to accommodate with no afternoon appointments so I took off work so I could be present to accommodate them. They then cancelled the appointment after I called them the day of the appointment when they were late. Ofcourse "john" stated he didn't have a team that could get out there. He was very adimant in staying "there is nothing I can do" and when asked of this was seriously how he runs a professional business he decided to sarcastically reply "absolutely". It was bad enough that at 8 months pregnant and after waiting a week for them to come out AND taking off work that I could have use for maturnity leave they cancelled, but to get treated with no respect and not even attempt to resolve the issue was appauling. I found a company that was able to come out the same day and even beat best choice grounds prices by 20%. I wouldn't bother with this company, overpriced and unrealiable.

So friendly and fast! These gentlemen did an amazing job on my tile/grout, AND my sofas! Definitely will be using them many more times in the future. Just tickled pink with their work!

Had Stanley Steamer come out and do a mediocre job. Best Carpet Cleaning Services came out and gave me a better treatment at the same, if not better price. Very professional and did a great job.

Great service. They came out the same day, cleaned and sanitized all theee rooms for the price of one. They were able to get out the stains in carpet. It looks brand new again. Will definitely use them again!

Great job done! Jacob was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and filled me in more about the correct process in cleaning carpet correctly. I needed my carpet cleaned asap and they came out the next day.

I also purchased a bottle of pet enzymes for my carpet.

The company was supposed to arrive at 3pm after calling around the multiple services and each one not showing up for appointments they told me they would be on time. Did not come to clean the carpet until 7pm. Then they only cleaned have of the carpets in the upstairs. They orginally told me they were doing a special for the bedrooms $99 and then $3 for each stair. My original total was $140 they came out and told me it would be $422 which doesn’t add up. I called and asked to speak with a manager they told me someone would call me but no one ever answered. IF YOU NEED YOUR CARPET CLEANED DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Carpet Cleaners (Jamie and Kirk) were on time (called ahead) and they were courteous. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and they sent the same cleaners I had the first time. My carpet looks great! You guys rock!

Woke up to 3 inches of water throughout my whole house. Trying to find someone to help save my house was going to be very difficult after our winter storm. But Best Carpet came through & was able to get to my house that evening. The gentleman who came were professional, kind & went straight to work removing all the carpet padding & putting fans & a dehumidifier in the house. I couldn’t have asked for a better company & crew. They walked me through the process & relieved my concerns & stress level. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys! Wish you all the best!

Update: Got to love how the owner responds partially to complaints, only addressing the $30 for an additional service, which I was fine with as stated in the original review, just warning future customers that the stain was not completely removed. Of course he completely ignored the fact that his company tried to DOUBLE the initial quotes despite me asking all the right questions and giving them dimensions of each room and how many steps the stairs are. Again, take your business elsewhere.

Original review: I would’ve given them 4 stars as they did do a decent job cleaning the carpet and arrived within the time frame they told me. They were in and out of the house in 30 mins. I own my place so I keep it pretty clean and vacuum frequently so it should be an easy job. Only exception was a small red stain from a spilled drink. They initially quoted me 99 dollars for 2 rooms with closet and a set of staircase. I SPECIFICALLY asked them whether closets are included because my closet is rather large. They said it will be included with the room. Once they arrived, they told me it would cost $199!! Citing that my closet is large... again something that was already discussed. Even if they treated it like another room, it should have only cost $132. Of course I refused! I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was moving out and have limited time. Finally they said to remove the stain, they need to use a “special” chemical and it will be $129, which they did NOT remove the stain anyway... even though they said they think they’ll be able to. But whatever. I agreed to that price, but it definitely left a bad taste when they try to upcharge and double the price on arrival after I specially asked.

I called these guys after another carpet service in the area informed me they didn’t accept cards. They came out earlier than anticipated, completed a job that I was told would take HOURS within 20 mins, and delivered quality workmanship! Such sweet guys and so very respectful! Highly recommend!

Horrific service. Made an appointment and sat around for the two-hour window given. They never showed up and it took three responses for them to even answer their phone citing another appointment prioritized mine and yet they never managed to call to cancel the appointment. I told them not to even bother rescheduling. I'd be happy to take my money elsewhere. Awful way to do business since I'm in the real estate industry and require this service often.
