Best Carpet Cleaning got rid of our pet stains. They came twice to work on it and were very knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely professional. I would recommend their services to anyone.

They arrived on time! The technician was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our dogs had an accident on our brand new carpet, and they kindly included the pet enzyme treatment along with the minimum service charge. They also do carpet restoration and plumbing! Love these guys and will be calling on them when we need them again!

I absolutely love this company - especially Christopher who has become a valued vendor, but more importantly a valued friend and ally. Ive used BCCS for years for all kinds of reasons. They have jumped in to help and always go above and beyond to make things right in my world. And it's not just carpet cleaning! They are a resource for so many home owner's needs! Just ask! If they can't do the job themselves, they can hook you up. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They came and serviced my house on a Sunday… Mother’s Day!!! Our dog got sick in the one room with carpet, and Chris was able to clean the space and make it feel fresh and clean. Not to mention, Chris gives off very positive vibes and has just a very kind energy about him- something I genuinely appreciate as I’m very sensitive to people’s energies and am reluctant to have strangers in my home. He was very easy to let in and did a quick and professional job. I will definitely be reaching out to this business again the next time I need service. Happy to have found a replacement for Stanley Steamers who has repeatedly disappointed me.

I reached out to Best Carpet Cleaning Services late on a Thursday night around 10 p.m. fully expecting to leave a message and hope for the best. But to my surprise, Veronica, the dispatcher, answered right away and handled everything like a true professional. She got me booked for the next morning between 9 and 11 a.m., no hassle.

Chris, the technician, showed up right on time and got straight to work. I had three rooms and some upholstery cleaned, and let me tell you, he didn’t just do the job, he did it right. I even stepped out and trusted him to secure my home, and when I came back, everything was spotless. No missed corners. No lingering smells. Just clean.

From start to finish, the service was smooth, responsive, and trustworthy. Veronica and Chris—thank you both for your top-tier customer care. This is the kind of service that earns repeat business and referrals.

They did an absolute wonderful job removing the stains from my sectional sofa. I have 2 dogs and a cat and the amount of stains they caused it was time to have it deep cleaned. I was skeptical on if all the stains would come out since I do have a white colored fabric sectional, but somehow Best Carpet and Restoration got 99% of the stain removed. This was the only company that I called that did not try to upsell me on anything not had sleazy sales tactics. They had set prices, and from my estimates from other companies, they were the most reasonably priced for a cleaning. Other companies gave me insane estimates where it didn’t even make sense to clean the sectional and I was close to just buying a new one. Very happy with this company!!

We set up an appt with Veronica. At first, she was very helpful, informative and great to deal with. I messaged her very early the morning of, asking to push the appt time back by just an hour, she quickly responded and confirmed. Then she messaged me a little while later, stating they had a water damage emergency and they wouldn’t be able to come out. So she said we would be the very first appt the next morning. I agreed.

The next morning, I texted her to confirm and NOTHING. It said she “read” my text, but she didn’t respond. I waited and then texted her again. NOTHING. This went on for a couple of hours, where she was reading my texts, but wasn’t responding, so my husband told me to tell them their services were no longer required. I did. She read it and DIDN’T EVEN RESPOND TO THAT!
Just extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
