Jessica from Trustworthy cleaning services was amazing, detailed oriented in cleaning our apartment. We had pleasant experience with Jessica and Trustworthy team.

We hired this company to clean an executive apartment in Dallas, and it was a poor experience from start to finish.
• The crew arrived late with no communication.
• The apartment was still dirty—dust on the stove hood, grease on the buttons, and hair all over the floor.
• No customer service response when we tried to resolve it.
• We lost our deposit and still haven’t received a final invoice or refund.
• I’ve also had to pay my assistant for hours spent following up.

For the price, we expected premium service. What we got was the opposite. Would not recommend.

I really wanted to have a good experience with Trust Worthy Cleaning Services, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. For the initial appointment, they showed up three hours late with no clear communication or apology. When they finally did arrive, the cleaning job was mediocre at best—not what I expected given their reputation. I followed up several times and even sent in photos to highlight the issues. The representative kept assuring me that the matter would be escalated and someone from their team would reach out to resolve it, but that never happened. They led me on for over a week. Today, I called again for an update and was hung up on. When I tried to call back, no one answered. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service.

SCAM I repeat this company is a SCAM!
My cleaning service was not performed and no one reached out to me to resolve the issue. I paid a $50 deposit but no one showed up. I was told that the team was stopped by ICE. I tried to call but all of sudden, I stopped getting answers. Before, they would call me back to back excessively, I might add. So 0/10 would not recommend. This company is a scam and I will make sure the entire world knows it! Save yourself and your money from enduring this terrible scheme. I believe the 5 star reviews are FAKE and that they’ve had random people post as if services were rendered so don’t trust the reviews either!

Today was my first time having Trustworthy Cleaning Service with Rosalinda clean my home. It definitely needed a good cleaning after a month of not having my regular cleaning service. She did an amazing job and is pleasant and efficient. I have cats and so lots of fur and overall straightening up needed to be cleaned. My honestly se smells clean and I feel like the reset button has been pressed.
I’ll be using them again and hope to have her return. A nice find.

I am very satisfied with Dallas Maids. Yenis was the person assigned to clean. She was on time, very nice and did a thorough job. She even waited for me to return home and double check the work.

Fantastic service today!! This team arrived on time with a positive and cheerful attitude. They worked hard and our house was SUPER clean when they left! I spent $377 dollars. which included her tip.

1. She didn't mop at all. Plumbers had come to work on our master bathroom previously and left a few splashes on the floor and she didn't touch them. There were multiple spots on the floor in the main areas that didn't get touched because she only vaccuumed in some places. No mopping whatsoever.

2. I didn't get confirmation before her arrival from Dallas Maids so I ended up cleaning a lot of the home before she came as I had guests over so one bathroom she didn't even need to touch and one bedroom as well.

3. My estimate for the home size was 6 hours of cleaning. She left before two hours. She had time to mop, she just didn't.

I didn't get any type of follow up or form to ask how my service was. I feel like the original company was sold maybe? Because the quality is gone.

I won't be using them again.

They did an amazing job in a short notice , I was on a time crunch and called them. They scheduled me for the next day and within hours everything was done and I was able to get my deposit back . I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have been in a really busy season with both of our jobs, so we decided to hire cleaners to take one thing off our plates for a bit. Evelyn did a FANTASTIC job on our apartment—it was so nice to come back at the end of a long day and have everything sparkling clean. We’ll definitely be back when we need cleaning services again in the future!
