We hired Dallas Maids to clean our patio yesterday. What an amazing job!!!! Maria M. arrived and we showed her the area to be cleaned but we had an appointment so we left her to work on the patio. We were delayed and arrived home 4 hours later to Maria M just finishing the job. We were surprised that she was still there but when we saw the amazing job she had done, we understood why. Everything was spotless from the floor to our outdoor grill. The patio looked perfect. She was so thorough and lovely to talk to. We will without a doubt continue to use Dallas Maids and we will request Maria M. for any job we need to have done.

Because of the pandemic, my home had not been professionally cleaned in over a year and only very sparsely by me during that time. The cleaner spent a great amount of time (5 hours) and effort to do a deep clean, plus windows, and she did an excellent job on some very difficult areas like the stove and the entire kitchen. My home now is sparkling! And it inspired me to declutter and straighten so that now it is a pleasure and a delight to be here. I strongly recommend this service. From the office staff to the cleaner, everyone was friendly and professional. It’s no wonder that D Magazine named it the best cleaning service in Dallas.

We were really lucky to find Dallas Maids - ours are Liliana and Yenis, both are so detailed in their work and always wear shoe covers (my kids roll around on the floor a lot). Every time they are done, I feel a sense of stress lift off from my shoulders. I have had maid service before and it was nowhere as good as this. Truly professional work. I confess I did shop around a bit - and their competitor offered the same price after a discount, so I stuck with Dallas Maids as I already trust them and it showed me that their price is very reasonable for the current market too.

Have used this company in the past many times without issue. Had them do a move in clean today and they just entirely dropped the ball. They spent under two and a half hours on a job that was quoted for almost seven. Baseboards weren't touched, spiders and cobwebs all over. Doors weren't cleaned, dirt still all over them. Fireplace covered in cobwebs. Dust on electrical outlets, hairball found on the carpet stairs. We paid extra for inside the oven and the oven grates/shelves are dirty. I was debating between leaving 1 and 2 stars for the review since I've used them in the past and they have done good work, but for $750 after tip, given the property is empty, I probably could have hired someone off the street and have had 3x the quality job that we got, so Dallas Maids gets a 1 star review. Highly recommend choosing another company.

Update after Rosie came out. She spent a few hours cleaning everything I called out that was missed. If I use this company again, she's the only one I'd let in my property as I know it will be done right the first time. Hopefully they can resolve the issues that led to this happening in the first place so no other customers experience the same issues.

Communication was a little hit and miss from the company beforehand, but Daniela did a fantastic job cleaning the place. I would highly recommend her.

I had a great experience with Dallas Maids. My cleaner was more than prepared. They did have some delays in arrival but they were always overly communicative! I was more than satisfied with the results, and I would definitely rebook!

We had Maria M. Service our home this week and couldn’t be happier. We have a dog so the place does get pretty dusty at times, but she was very attentive and cleaned very nook and cranny. At the end she even asked us to walk through to see if she had missed anything, but she of course did not. We certainly will be using this service regularly.

Rosie was extremely efficient and thorough when cleaning my apartment. I’m happy to have her bi-weekly, and DallasMaids made scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to clean up their living spaces

First, let me say, I have had such a hard time finding cleaners who don’t rush through and overlook many details. We are pretty clean by default, so we have felt taken advantage of in the past. However, Gina and Isa were AMAZING. This is honestly the first time I have used cleaners that really did a good job. Will definitely be booking them again!

I requested for a one time deep/move-out cleaning service in order to have my apartment ready for move out. Dallas maids responded swiftly and handled my requests (such as calling 30 minutes prior) so I can open/close the door while I worked throughout the day else where. Reina was sent and I had no issues with the quality of the cleaning, everything went smoothly.

I also requested for a carpeting service that they seem to contract for (Don's Carpet Cleaning) and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned more carpets in swiftly and the carpet looks fantastic. He was also friendly and answered the questions I had in regards to carpets. If I ever move back to Texas I would definitely re-use all the services they provide.
