They can add charges but will not take them away. We used sparkly maids weekly for about a Month and an half, and was satisfied with the first cleaners they sent for the most part. One thing they would do is call and say that the cleaner reported pet hair ( hence the weekly cleaning) and they would add a $25 pet hair removal fee to each cleaning. On my last cleaning with this company they sent new cleaners who,for one did not know how to clean, two, due to a language barrier I could not communicate areas missed ( the entire master bedroom for one). There was such a disconnect that we asked the cleaners to just leave with things unfinished. The customer service rep called to make sure to document that we stopped the cleaning. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told they weren't able to do so despite the issues outlined. I found it strange that just after one month they had lost the cleaners that had initially come. Consistency is important when allowing people into your home. the unwillingness to compromise on a partial refund although we had paid them weekly was surprising as well. It wasn't until we canceled the service altogether, that they tried to make it right.

My experience with Sparkly Maids was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Mercedes and her crew were absolute miracle workers. I genuinely couldn't believe the way that they transformed the space from something that was a total wreck into a place that looked as good or better than move-in. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd fixed damage that existed before we moved in. Everyone was extremely communicative and kind as well. I can't imagine using another maid service again. The price may seem steep, but considering the quality of their work it's a bargain.

I was so thrilled when I walked into my house as they were finishing and it looked and smelled so clean! After being in a rental for over a month, I was afraid that no one would get all the drywall white dust out of my house but Sparkly Maids sent the best crew ever and they did it from ceiling to floor and all my treasured possessions in between! We had to redo our wood floors which resulted in dust everywhere- on walls, shelves, you name it. They did a thorough job on every square inch of the house to eliminate the dust. Grateful!

Horrible management and customer service. They don’t detail their service or the experience and quickly get you to book an appointment with your card information. The actual team that came was gracious and kind and did a good job based on the job description they were told but not what I had initially signed up for. In the end they did the cleaning job I had asked for after I had filed a complaint, I believe than was based on the team that came and not on management. Otherwise I would give this place a 1 star for the management.

They do a nice job cleaning, but really shine for their scheduling notifications and rescheduling skills, great for someone like me who has a complicated personal schedule.

My favorite group of cleaners came yesterday and did an amazing job as usual. The house always looks super clean when they leave. They clean upstairs first, and when they are finished I move upstairs. They never make me feel as if I’m in the way. Thanks for an awesome job!

I told the person before coming that our dishwasher was broken and I needed them done by hand and paid for it but all they did was throw everything in the dishwasher and close it. Not worth the money paid to this cleaning company.

As promised, the crew arrived on schedule and completed the deep cleaning with meticulous attention to detail. My house has never looked so clean, and the service was well worth the cost. I'll share them with my family and friends because I'm so happy about them.
