I had Reyes Cleaning quote a 5,600 square foot property that we had just remodeled. After receiving their price I approved it and scheduled for the following week. I though it was unusual that they required payment prior to sending a crew to clean, but since I had been referred to them by a close friend I trusted that they would show up and clean the property as promised. But, they didn't show up for their appointment 3 times in a row and then when they finally showed up they walked off the job site and refused to clean the property. Upon speaking with their office staff, they still refused to clean the property so I asked for a refund onto cleaning fee, which they agreed to. But when they refunded the fee, it was not the full amount. I am still trying to get the rest of the fee that I paid them. Beware, this is how Reyes Cleaning does business

I've been using Reyes for many years now and they have always done an excellent job of cleaning my house. The employees are thoughtful and conscientious of their performance. Any time there have been "misses" (not many I assure you) management wants to know about it so any issues can be corrected immediately or on the next visit. Reyes is awesome!! I recommend their services to anyone ~~ well worth it!

My wife and I used Reyes Cleaning to deep clean our new home before moving into it. What a mistake that was. Not only did they not do a good job (fingerprints on windows, trash left on the ground, sink not cleaned, ect.) they also damaged it. As I was leaving the kitchen area I physically watched one of the crew members use their ladder to step up onto the countertop and then continue to walk across the countertop while cleaning the upper cabinets. I thought this was strange and maybe not the most ordinary way to clean those since they had a ladder, but I figured maybe that's the way this company is used to cleaning them. Upon completion of the house we walked around and everything appeared to be sub-par. It was only until I attempted to open one of the kitchen cabinets when I noticed that they had broken off the upper board and had just propped it back up there. It was not broken before and like I mentioned before, this is a brand new house and there were no previous damages found. I can only imagine that when their employee was walking across the counter tops, she must have grabbed onto it and ripped it off. When I called to address this matter there was no urgency or initiative on Reyes side. In fact, I had to follow up with them multiple times before finally getting a response. All I was told was "our cleaning crew stated they didn't do it and it was like that before". If that really was the case then why didn't the cleaning crew bring it to my attention before propping it back where it "supposedly" fell off of? I cannot make this stuff up..the customer service simply doesn't exist anymore and Reyes Cleaning is ok with their crews damaging the homes that they service. I would take my business anywhere else before using them.

Jessica and Ermelinda did a fantastic job on a deep clean service of my home in Irving! I needed a last minute cleaning due to some unexpected family visiting me for the weekend and I am so glad that I called Reyes Cleaning again. This was their third cleaning at my home and I could not find a spot of dust or dirt anywhere once they were finished. Top notch service and professionalism from the ladies of Reyes Cleaning! I will be using them again soon!

The story:
My fiancé and I were moving out of a rental house this week. I came down with a horrible cold and wasn’t able to help very much. We had never planned on using a cleaning service but at the last minute we both agreed it would be best to do so.

I did what we all do best these days and I consulted my best friend in the whole world... Yelp! Reyes Cleaning was one of the top results I found. I scanned the reviews and voila! James at Reyes Cleaning answered my request for a quote very quickly.

I didn’t need the entire house cleaned since we had only been there 4 months and only used the bottom floor of a 2 story house. I explained the girls only need to vacuum the top floor and then deep clean the bottom floor. We had to be out of the house on the 30th so that only left Wednesday or Thursday for the cleaning. Luckily, they had room on Thursday and squeezed us in!

I got a call on Thursday from James once the girls were there and he informed me the electric was off. I had completely forgotten I had it scheduled to disconnect on the 30th. So I jumped through hoops to get the electric turned back on so the girls (Maria & Marta) could do a proper cleaning.

The review:
I stopped in and looked at the house a little before the girls were done. It looked fabulous! My fiancé stopped in later that evening and was so pleased he told me to ask about their rates for weekly or bi-weekly maid service.

The process:
After you book your cleaning you receive a 1.5 hour window of when the cleaning team will arrive at your location the day before your cleaning. On the day of your cleaning you will receive a text message about 15-20 minutes before the team arrives along with a link to a GPS tracker showing their location. When the tea is there you are asked to review the cleaning about 30 minutes before they are done. This allows them the ability to change anything that needs correcting.

It was all very simple.

Bottom line:
I loved the service I received from Reyes Cleaning and will be sure to check into their maid service prices. I definitely wouldn’t mind handing off the cleaning to professionals ;)

We moved in from out of state and found this company to clean our home before our move in date. When we arrived, it became very apparent that our home was never cleaned. While they claimed to have cleaned our home for 3hrs on the agreed upon date, there were spider webs, hair in the shower and toilet, dirty floors that turned the soles of our feet black, baseboards not cleaned, blinds not cleaned, you get the point. When we called them to let them know of the subpar service since clearly no cleaning had been done, they didn’t believe us, asked if we had been there to watch them clean, and said that no refunds or additional cleaning would be provided. Avoid this company if you want your home professionally cleaned. You will overpay for little to no service.

Great service Maria H and Maria L. Did an awesome job on my move out clean. From the baseboards to the carpet clean. It was just awesome, and they even worked with me. When my closing got moved up. They sent these 2 ladies out in no time.

I scheduled a move out clean for my one bedroom apartment and Jessica did an amazing job! It was affordable and she did the entire place in only a few hours and it was spotless! She was very nice and I will recommend this cleaning service to all my friends!

I've used RCS in the past...but had to discontinue service briefly. I missed the way my house looked and smelled after they were done. My first new visit was this week, and as usual - I was wowed!!! The house was beautifully clean, and smelled delicious. Their attention to detail is amazing. The owners are customer focused, and you don't feel like you're another number in their database. I would recommend them to anyone.

These ladies did an amazing job and I have decided it was so awesome they will be coming every other week! It takes a load off this busy mom and I LOVE the way my house looks and smells!! Definitely recommend to anyone needing a deep clean or just week to week cleaning:)

They are always on time and professional. The house is so clean and fresh when they leave. They create their own cleaning products which are fantastic quality, smell amazing, and safe for all different surfaces. They worked with me to create a custom plan that fits the way we live in our house-- for example, they only clean upstairs every other month because it is a lower trafficked area of our home. I also love the technology RCS uses to inform me when the team is on their way. They are very flexible and accommodating when I need to reschedule. I love that I can just send a text and they are incredibly responsive and personal!

The two ladies (wish I would have caught their names) did an excellent job and our apartment was definitely in bad shape. We have had another cleaning service come out who didn't do as good of a job and we will definitely use Reyes again in the future.

These ladies went above and beyond and did the work that many would not have. We are extremely pleased.

It's the little things the cleaning crew did that made the moment we came home so great! The apartment smelled and looked amazing...even better than the first time it was cleaned (not sure how that was even possible). Your crew has even added time to our day by simply wrapping the blender cord so all we would have to do is plug it in. We 100% recommend Reyes cleaning to any of our friends and people we meet.

Mirabel and Vanessa were wonderful! After a year of confinement with Covid we had a full house with two new puppies and three adult kids. Mirabel and Vanessa made our house shine and smell amazing! I have used Reyes Cleaning for the past 1.5 years at my current house (4BR/3BA). They always do an amazing job and we look forward to every other week walking into our clean home with that freshly cleaned smell. They are extremely efficient and friendly when we do run into the ladies at the house. My favorite feature of the service is the open line of communication I have. I am able to correspond easily via text with Victor and he responds in a timely fashion and is always very helpful. This allows me to reschedule, add an additional service (carpet cleaning, blinds, etc.), or troubleshoot issues. Reyes Cleaning gets my full recommendation.

I had great intentions to move my family and clean my house myself and quickly realized that there was no way I was going to get everything done in time so I literally called a few days before I needed the house to be done and asked for a full move out clean to be done late on a Friday afternoon. And it is important to note I had been calling around and no one could get it done on a Friday afternoon with such short notice except Reyes! When they came by to clean we were gone taking the last load (before going to the storage unit!) and by the time we got back we had very little time before we had to hand the keys over and I can say I was so happy and relieved to walk in and see the house looked perfect! And I know what they started with!! I didnt get to thank them personally but they took a huge load off my shoulders and did an amazing job - thank you for truly putting in effort to make sure my house was going to be a welcoming home for the new owners!! :)

I used Reyes Cleaning to clean my granddaughter ‘s apartment after she moved to another city. Victor was very helpful information & scheduling the appointment. Their employee, Gabriela, was on time & efficient. She did a very good job of cleaning and making a dirty apartment look & smell great. Thanks Gabriela & Reyes Cleaning.

Reyes cleaning has done a wonderful and thorough job in cleaning my apartment for move out. They made the apartment look so neat that right then another family can move in with out any complaints. They are worth of each penny, I am really satisfied with the service provided and will definitely refer these guys to my friends. Way to go Reyes Keep up the good work.

They did an amazing job on my place!! I scheduled a move out cleaning and the entire place was spotless. The booking process was easy and everyone I have had contact with was so friendly. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to meet the cleaners. I was nervous about not being able to walk through the place before they left but I was not disappointed.

UPDATED Review: I’ve been a customer for a few years now getting regular maid service. Tomorrow will be my last time using them as their billing practices are becoming a little shady to me. I haven’t been home in awhile so I haven’t needed maid service in the past couple of month. I booked my latest service and was told I should a deep cleaning. I agreed not realizing I haven’t been home for much to be cleaned. The derp cleaning is $50 more than the usual monthly maid service. Today after coming gone I decided a deep cleaning is definitely not needed. I called and asked if I could switch to regular maid service and I was told the price they quoted of $150 is the lowest they could go so there was no need to switch. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden their prices for regular maid service jumped by $50. Since they charge $50 for cancellations I’ll keep my appointment but will look for a new service.

Shout out for Marta and Jessica for the amazing job on their work for our move out cleaning. We were renting and the company had strict guidelines for how to leave the house and they were able to deliver that standard. Highly recommended if you want your rental deposit back.

BEWARE. The cleaning was mediocre, the business was terrible. They send you a verification text with expected time they will arrive to clean. Cleaners showed up 2 hours before and notified me 15min before arrival. I was not home at the time (expecting them 2 hours later) so I had to call the company and give them the garage code to get it. Had I not done this, they would have cancelled my appointment and charged my card $50 lock out fee because they chose to show up early without proper notification. Fees are not set- also beware. I paid for a 2.5 hour deep clean with 2 cleaners on a small 1300 sq ft home. Mind you, the house was completely empty. No furniture, no mess, no tenants. The cleaners obviously took their time since we weren’t home to supervise and went over the 2.5 hr mark by 30min. THEY CHARGE EXTRA PER MINUTE. Of course they took their time, they’re getting maid by the hour! Absolutely ridiculous given the size of the home. I would not recommend to anybody, especially those with a larger home. God forbid you have a two story they would be there all day. When I brought these concerns up to the office, Jackie acknowledged the error and simply said “sorry for the miscommunication” without offering any solution. That’s how she left it. Just a “sorry”. Such a sketchy business. Will not be using ever again nor recommending to anyone else.
