Very flexible we had one area on our regular plan that was not needful of service and they exchanged it for another area that we did need help with! Very flexible to accommodate needs of the client .

My parents had not had their house professionally cleaned in over a decade. Mohamed and his team have helped us in a way that warrants a brand new "customer for life" type of relationship. The owner of The Cleaning Authority in Garland himself showed up to our home for an initial walk through that was slated for ~20 minutes. In 20 minutes or less, we had toured the home and concluded a thorough but brief rundown of the associated costs, who would be entering my home, the spaces they would tend to (99.99% of everything), the spaces they would not tend to unless otherwise instructed (00.01%), the time it would take to complete, and most importantly: the price.

The pricing was so transparent that it left little to no room for interpretation. The price was fair and laid out to me in advance, plainly. The rates for more frequent routine visits were even MORE competitive than that of the single-clean. Better yet, The Cleaning Authority in Garland was able to move their schedule around in order to better accommodate us due to a last minute familial visit we had to prepare for.

We shared great conversation and it became abundantly clear that Mohamed runs a family-oriented business with high values and an emphasis on a customer-first type attitude. I plan to use no one else but TCA Garland from here on out, and I suggest/recommend that you do as well.

P.S. folks, without even discussing it, Mohamed and his team picked up on the fact that they may need to "work around" my partially disabled mom. Mom was so comfortable with them due to their patience and soft nature. She was able to move into different rooms to avoid the commotion, and they were extremely diligent about giving her time to get situated. Even after dealing with all of that, they were in and out right on time.

Friend of mine recommended this service so I gave them a try. Owner is extremely personable and unlike other cleaning services didn’t make me feel like he was trying to make a quick buck at my expense for mediocre cleaning. Reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the level of cleaning they provided. Very professional. Our house was spotless and looked/felt amazing. They dusted in corners we completely forgot we even had! I am so impressed!! And when it comes to cleaning, I have never been impressed!! These ladies came in for the initial cleaning and cleaned EVERYTHING!! There was not an inch of fabric on my furniture that wasn’t vacuumed. They even cleaned the inside windows!! I give them a 10 out of 10. The highest I have gone in the past with other housekeepers was a 5 or a 6!! Hats off to people that know what to do and how to get it done!!

We’ve been using this service for about 6 months now. We’ve received a thorough, professional clean each time, and the cleaners have always been very kind and friendly. I really like the rotating deep clean schedule done my this company. The app is very easy to use for payment and tipping, and mgmt is very responsive via email when needed. We’ve loved the service!

Katie and Paula did a great job! Super thorough. I especially liked that it included changing the sheets on our primary king bed because the heavy mattress is getting too much for me to handle. The owners, Mohammed and Yasmine are very friendly and professional. Looking forward to a continuing relationship.
