No show, TWICE. Made an appointment, the tech called earlier than expected, so we decided to talk after his next job. Called him and left VM, but he never called back. I called the office the next day to reschedule for another day. That day the tech never showed or called. Called the office and they had it on the schedule, then they cancelled the job. I'll get someone else.

They cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before their arrival time and blamed the winter storm for it. I don't know why they even scheduled my appointment to begin with if they were still busy having to help customers extract water from their carpets. I will not be using their services. A 10% discount is not enough to make up for the fact that I had to take time off of work and move my furniture and belongings.

My carpet needed a complete repair and cleaning session since there are a lot of poo stains from my pets. Hats down to the gentlemen from Kiest Rug Care for the quick response and good service!

this company is literally the worst at keeping up with appointments. I have made an appointment three times on the different occasions and they always seem to take down my information to set up a carpet cleaning service, but I never get any response back from the due date that they were supposed to be here. I don’t know if it’s because I have an apartment and they discriminate against apartments I’m assuming. I only needed one room cleaned, but I never get the service that I need from this company. I will not continue to call this company anymore. Literally the worst.

Jesus, booking to get your carpet cleaned is a joke out here. They confirm appointments and then no one shows up or answers phone to just update the customer. I get it, you're on another job trying to finish but the customer actually doesn't know that because you won't stop for 10 seconds and send a text saying, I'm still coming, running late. Just unprofessional.

Kiest Rug Care and their team really saved us with their amazing cleaning. We thought we had to spend hundreds of dollars on a new carpet after our dog completely destroyed it. Thank you Kiest Rug Care for the fantastic job.
