I am thrilled to begin another long and satisfying relationship with Walo Maids. The Plum Team is incredible! Thank you to Missy, Alice, Al and Osorio. They were kind and thorough.

I walked into my apartment today and I was amazed at how clean it is. The cleaners are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what I asked of them. If you need quality, trustworthy, and dependable cleaning service; then look no further than Walo Maids!

Absolutely impressed and satisfied. I walked into my normally insanely messy apartment to find it completely cleaned and smelling fresh. I was even contacted a couple times during the cleaning to clarify exactly what it was I wanted done, which I really appreciate, as it made me know that the maids took their job seriously and really cared. I just signed up for their weekly cleaning deal, and I couldn't be happier. Don't use any other maid service - Walo Maids is the only maid service you'll ever need.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I contacted Walo Maids to get a new home cleaned before move in (it was cleaned upon the sellers move out however it needed a little bit extra - specifically the bathrooms and cabinets). I called and spoke to Justin, he gave me a reasonable price and was able to send cleaners out within a few days. As soon as I started moving in I noticed the cabinets had not been wiped down (there was still dust sitting), so I contacted Justin again and he sent someone out 2 days later to rectify the issue. I continue moving stuff in and continue to find places that were not cleaned. I contacted Justin and send him pictures of the issues and he put me on the schedule again. This time, the cleaners did not show up. So I contacted Justin that evening and he told me he scheduled me on the wrong day. I then requested a refund due to the multiple mistakes on their part and the hassle. Justin offered a 10% refund or said I would have to wait until the following week for the cleaners to come so I said if I clean it and show you these stains can be removed will you issue a full refund, he said NO. He agreed to a 20% refund. Over a week later I contacted him and stated I had not received a refund and he said he apologized and said he would contact the bank. This is over a month later and I have yet to receive a refund. This is after me sending him before / after pictures of random places not being cleaned.

I heard / read great reviews about this company and was so excited to use them to take the hassle off cleaning myself while I was moving. I ended up losing my money and still having to clean the house myself. Justin will just tell you what you want to hear to secure your money. The service was less than poor.

-I've used Walo MAids service for the past 2 months now and I'm very happy with the service they provide us. Tina is the lady that comes over every two weeks, she does and awesome job! I have about 1800 sq. ft. home, no children two small dogs. I hired Walo Maids with the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm totally happy we did! Tina is the person I text call with and she's always been professional with me. I look forward to every other Wednesday!

So I basically am forced to call or submit a form for them to call me back, but when I call them they play some loud music then no one is available.

This was the best cleaning I've had done in ages. Very detailed and cleaned some items I hadn't expected.

1st time: $165 for 2 people to clean 2 hours. 2nd time: no show (on my birthday with people coming) had to reschedule because a worker's car "broke down." 3rd time $125 for 2 people that worked for less than 50 minutes (minus the 12 minutes I explained what was important during which they just stood there.) They did not mop although they told me they did (the floors were never even damp, moist cat food in clumps by the cat dish not even picked up with a paper towel, etc. The few areas where they wiped the floor with something, nothing was moved. Thus dirt and cat hair behind/ underneath bathroom scale, etc. Dust and dirt under and behind all furniture. Only two surfaces dusted, nothing else; not bedside tables, end tables, fans, lamps, tv or area around tv's, blinds, shutters, etc. Nothing was moved to vacuum. So dirt and paper scraps, cat hair under and behind everything. Nothing done in entryway. I heard a loud noise at one point and found, later, it was a mirror on an Art Deco (1920's) bureau that must have fallen. The wood surface of that antique is ruined with deep scratches. Why block out 4 hours to await MaidPro's arrival (if they do arrive at all) and pay over $60/ hour for a quick vacuum, partial sweep and bit of dusting which ruined a very expensive piece of furniture?? You SHOULDN'T!!!

Great experience. They did a fantastic job - it is like a new place. The ladies that cleaned my apartment were friendly.
