We really enjoy having MaidPro to clean our home. Very dependable. Always show up on our scheduled day. They do a great job and always leave everything looking and smelling fresh and clean. Zaraya, Bernice, and Jesse are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend MaidPro to anyone.

MaidPro has been amazing to use for our bi-monthly cleans. We've used several cleaning companies in the area and we've stuck with MaidPro for so many reasons! They keep the process so easy! Our Pros Yessi and Luz are also the best. They treat our fur babies with the utmost love and leave our place spotless. We cannot recommend MaidPro enough!

I have been using MaidPro for several years. Today’s cleaning was exceptional. Zaraya and Berenice paid attention to detail and left my home gorgeous. I am very happy by the work Zaraya and Berenice have performed. My home looks and smells fantastic.

I've received service from MaidPro since 2014 and they've been consistently excellent. Whenever I have a concern or need to make changes, I'm always grateful to find the office staff so friendly, professional and responsive. I look forward each month to talking with Chelsy as she's such a ray of sunshine, always cheerful and helpful. And then the cleaning pros Yadira, Hilda, Bernice and Michelle (to name the ones I can remember, and I don't want to leave anyone out), wow!They're consistently energetic, thorough, and dependable! A few years ago, when my paper towel rack was accidentally broken during a cleaning, Michelle immediately rectified the situation by replacing it and installing it herself while I was at work the next week. What an uplift it is
to return to a clean, fresh-smelling apartment after they've been there! Thank you, everyone at MaidPro, for all you do! Keep up the great work!

Gmaids has been a huge help for us. Victoria did an incredible job cleaning our house. She does not skip any details and takes her time to make sure it is done right. All of the cleaners we’ve had from Gmaids are kind and do a great job.

We love working with Yoania!! She is very professional and thorough. She pays attention to the smallest detail. Yoania never leaves an area in the house until it’s all cleaned up and organized. Moreover, she always arrive on time and rarely miss an appointment.

UPDATE: after posting the below review, our cleaner immediately changed. She became far less attentive. Gmaids has issues with their scheduling and timeliness. I also read that they do not pay their employees well. I changed to an independent cleaner. Gmaids wasn’t horrible at all but the value wasn’t there for us to continue.

Our cleaner, (NAME REMOVED), has been amazing. She is detail oriented and flexible if I ask her to concentrate on a particular area, such as dusting or the bathroom. She has a happy demeanor and sings while she works (which makes me happy!). We have also had (NAME REMOVED) as a cleaner and she was great too! I love the signature peppermint scent in the products and love that they’re low-impact/non-toxic.

I travel a lot which can make it challenging to keep my home clean. Claudia did a wonderful job, putting extra focus on the areas I asked. Not only was she courteous but she was also thorough. I will definitely use their services again!

Victoria is absolutely amazing. We’ve used several cleaning companies but Victoria with Gmaids goes above and beyond. Our shower has never been cleaner and our fans desperately needed to be dusted. She doesn’t miss a spot. Victoria is lovely to chat with and very professional. We’re happy customers!

We have had the best of luck using Gmaids on a bi-weekly basis! They are always reliable and thorough. In particular, our recent experience with Ana exemplifies the the importance they place on doing the best job possible! Ana followed all instructions, including using different cleaners for different surfaces throughout the house, making our showers look orderly and polished, and thoroughly cleaning our kitchen which gave it a “model house” appearance. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

It’s such a relief to know we have cleaning service reliably scheduled once a month. We have one cleaner who is usually assigned to us and she always does great. We’ve had a couple other cleaners on occasion (I’m assuming due to scheduling) and they’ve all been fantastic. Fairly consistent experience between cleaners. All have been friendly and adept at “working around” my husband and I who work from home. The booking process is easy and I appreciate that I can text with management about things as needed vs having to call. :) I recommend Gmaids!
