They’re on time and get the job done!

Such a rip off.If you have a choice use another company.They don't clean like they advertise..in and out to get to the next house...cheat workers of their tips.

Terrible. They are 2 hours late and tried to start in the bedroom I clearly said was off limits. I had a personal walk thru & quotes from the owner. What a joke

Do not hire them. It’s a waste of time. They don’t clean like they advertise. It was a waste of my money. I got tired of having to call and tell them that things they said they would do were not done. Idk what their idea of clean is but they missed the mark every time. Don’t do it!

If you want pay a huge amount of money and than clean the house yourself ho. We paid almost $250 for the house cleaning, first they show up late, second they didnt clean the house right and right after I leave the house they left as well. I called the company that they didnt clean the house as they were suppose to, they send a lady to check out and see if further cleaning is need, even she confirmed they didnt clean right. The next day they send the same crew that did a horrible job. Even the second day they didnt clean the house right so I didnt bother calling them back. In conclusion dont waste your time and money.

Rose goes to my house every Wednesday. They have my keys and let out my dogs and put them back in when they are done cleaning the furr.
It’s cheaper than having to lug my German Shepherds to the doggy day care.

This is the second time Merry Maids has cleaned my house. The first time, I let it slide because I was busy and thought, well maybe it was an exception. When they came this week, they didn't clean up grease on the stove behind the griddle, they did not clean the sides of my sinks, they did not clean my shower doors inside or outside (hairspray n shower door), they did not mop any of my floors, or a large floor mirror in my hall where my grandbaby likes to see herself. They came back today to fix these issues and again, my floors are dirty still. I just mopped portions of themselves and they are really dirty. I don't get it. The office is saying they don't understand but will not release me from the contract. I told them I am concerned with housecleaners I have called out on their cleaning skills being in my home alone when I am not here. You don't know what people will do, despite what they tell their superiors. Obviously, they told the office and their superiors that they have cleaned my house properly and yet the floors are dirty even after "cleaning" them two times in two days. Doesn't make any sense. If I were you, I would not use this service. I am going to continue exploring options to get them to release me from the agreement I signed. I do not feel I should be obligated to a housecleaning agreement to pay them if my house is not clean when they leave on two separate days.

I had Merry Maids come on a Thursday afternoon after I left town for the weekend. When I returned Sunday evening I realized they had not locked my door when they left. Talk about unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. When I called the office to report this, they told me that they “would not send this crew again”.

No sort of future discount for their unprofessionalism or the profuse apology I expected. Will not be using them again.
