I called them because my prior housekeeper had passed away. They had been recommended to me by the Property Manager. We had a bit of a miscommunication in the beginning, but I called the next day and explained what happened, and then they went out of their way to get a supervisor over the next morning, and proceeded to immediately make it right. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll forever be grateful for how responsive they were. They made a very stressful time in my life a little bit more manageable. Please call them!

Great experience! The cleaning crew was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. I used Merry Maids for a Move-Out apartment cleaning. I had no issues, and the place was spotless.

After searching for many years for the right cleaning service to meet my family's needs we finally tried Dallas Merry Maids. We've been a customer for nearly 4 years now and haven't looked back. The customer experience is top notch and the all-around complete package. From the same house keeper each cleaning to the spotlessness of our home, they nail it every time. I originally was a customer of Merry Maids 5 years ago and was very satisfied with the service and price. I was laid off and had to cancel service. When i got back on my feet, i tried 3 other Maids Services around DFW over the last 3 years...and where they may have been cheaper, they lacked quality and honesty. I had items broken and rooms not cleaned thoroughly. So, I gave Merry Maids a call and they are absolutely amazing. It is always the same rotation of maids that service my house, and they are friendly and very good at what they do. They definitely are the best maids service in the DFW area and I would recommend them to anyone. I should have never considered another company other than Merry Maids. If you want to know the companies that burned me, I would be more than happy to share...

They have always s done a great job. They have been doing our house over the last 3 months and I do not have any complaints. The the is always cheerful too. Highly recommend Merry Maids.

My mom and I have both used Merry Maids and they do *wonderful* work! It's almost like the rooms are brighter after they've been there! The work is so thorough! They even helped wash and fold my laundry once!

I contacted North Texas Cowboy Cleaners and heard back within the hour. They were able to get me scheduled next day for a move out clean. Dom was extremely great at keeping me updated on his arrival and how long the job would take! Would highly recommend and will use in the future!

ABSOLUTELY DECEITFUL COMPANY. The cleaners that came were amazing, but this company is extremely deceitful in their pricing. For example, the cleaners arrived at 10AM and left at 1:20PM. Which equates to 3.25hours. They charged me for 4.45 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You cannot even reach their customer service to address this. They just won’t answer. I’m in shock at how disappointed I am that they are unavailable to address this discrepancy.

TILL NOW THEY STILL HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK TO ADDRESS THE OVERCHARGING. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER.

I recently moved to a new house and hired this company for a cleaning. I hired them because the reviews seemed spectacular. I made an appointment and they called immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following day, which impressed me. 30 minutes before my appointment they called me and told me that the driver got into an accident and could not make it, which I understood. We rescheduled for later in the week at 1:15pm. At 1:30 no one showed, so I figured I would call the company to see if they were still coming. I called and received no answer. I called a second time at 1:34pm and I received an answer. This time the excuse was that the cleaners car broke down. They requested to reschedule and I told them I will be taking my business to a more professional company.

I was excited to use this company as the reviews were very good, my assumption now is they are reviews by friends and family of the company. I understand car issues, but back to back car issues in the same week without a phone call informing me the second time was too unprofessional for me.

Chelsea deep cleaned my apartment today and the service was exceptional. She displayed a high attention to detail and worked super hard to make sure the apartment was spotless. Super happy with the job she did and we highly recommend.

They company is very responsive and accommodating to busy schedules. However, I was under the impression that they would send at least a couple of workers. After having to reschedule on their end, only one workers showed up which made the job take much longer than it should have (and this was an empty move-in house). Dominique did do a great job cleaning and overall, the company’s customer service is stellar.

Karah at Cowboy Cleaners was amazing! She came in to perform move out cleaning service to my Lewisville townhouse. She was lovely, sweet, professional & did a great job. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their service. I whole- heartedly recommend them!

The service was impeccable! I've had to hire a number of cleaning services in North Texas, and this company has been my favorite by far. With a family of 5 and a larger house often times services miss a few things or leave areas untouched, but they really took care of us. Will be using this service again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Great price too!

Son and Daughter in law had empty apartment cleaned. Showed up late. Had something in the apartment so he could finish some repairs. Quote was for 1 hour. Charged me for 3 hours and took the item and sold it. very unprofessional. Dont step over pennies to save a buck. Better companies out there.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Would never use them again or Recommend them. Stay away.
Hired them to clean my 2300 sqft home for a move out. They gave me an estimated time of 2.5 hours. I was well aware it would take much longer than that, so I estimated a solid 4-5 hours to clean up the house. The house is vacant with no furniture.
The maid starts her work and seems to be doing a good job. 2.5 hours pass and she is still cleaning the kitchen. The kitchen was not that dirty but she was moving at very slow pace. If this pace continued it would take 12+ hours to clean the home. Called the company to discuss it. The employee names Luis or Lewis on Saturday is very unprofessional and rude. The company provided little to no support. I voiced my frustration to the company about the wrong information and quality of the cleanings the employee called the maid and told her some stuff. She approached me and told me she is leaving because I’m not happy with her work. I was so confused. Never told the company to send her home. This turned into a nightmare scenario. I was given very poor customer service and the employee started blaming me. This turned into a nightmare scenario. The company was only willing to refund 40% of the job cost even though the only thing that was done was a majority of the kitchen got cleaned. That’s it. Overpay for bad service all around. Initially I wanted to dispute with my credit card company. But I wanted to make sure the sweet cleaning lady still got paid so I went ahead and paid. Avoid using this company there are much better alternatives
