Took entirely too long to clean 3 EMPTY rooms and 2 bathrooms. The lady was nice but she took so long in two of the rooms that I told her to forget about the last one. I even had to remind her to dust the fans. These reviews with more stars have to be fake. I would highly advise you to find another company because this was definitely a rip off.

I called the Texas Cowboy cleaners for a short notice cleaning event and they delivered. We had a bit of a struggle, where we expected 2 cleaners to arrive but only one showed up. When I called to report it and figure out what happened, the Cowboy cleaners went into action. They were not able to reach the other cleaner but immediately contacted me back. They reduced the cleaning rate and provided an additional discount. They were adamant their goal was to ensure we were happy. The cleaner… he put his best effort into this. He cleaned his heart out and did a great job. He focused deeply on every room and made sure he did the best job he could. He was friendly, he was thoughtful, he was patient. And a dog lover.

Great service! Cleaned the house beautifully for a move out. In all honesty, they were almost 3 hours behind to start, which happens in a worst-case scenario (I also work in customer service).. but they offered me a discount for it, and saved the day.. They were responsive and swift and made the cleaning seamless. Highly recommend, and considering them for bi weekly services

Maria came to do a move out clean on our house. She did a very good job and the pricing was much better than what most places quoted. Over all would definitely use again!

We had Carolin and she was amazing. Very prompt and professional with her services. She cleaned every area exceptionally and left our house smelling so fresh. Would definitely recommend her! Will be requesting her in the future .

While happy with the cleaning result, the pricing approach could use a refresh. If I provide # of beds/baths and square footage, then would prefer that you estimate how many hours you think that will take so I can have an upfront understanding of total estimated price. Thanks.

I requested the standard cleaning service for my home and was not disappointed with the results! Having grown up with 3 brothers in a family of 6, my family's house has never felt cleaner. I heard about the service through word of mouth and recommended it to my parents for a good clean since they are always so busy. The response time was quick and the clean was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this service and am astounded by the value! I will be using this service again!

I needed a last minute clean for my new apartment so I called Cowboy Cleaners expressing my urgency with getting a move in clean. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice, and was able to get two ladies to come and clean my apartment for exactly when I needed it. I was very excited as this was going to alleviate a lot of stress I had. I was told over the phone that the ladies would be here at 8am. At 8:30am, I called and asked where they were because it was already half an hour late, the gentleman I spoke to said told me it would be an arrival window between 8-9am. I’m not holding anything against them and the 8-9 window didn’t bother me, but I know for a fact they never told me that. I even asked the first gentleman I spoke to, to confirm the arrival time, and he said 8am. My confirmation email as well, even says 8am. Not 8-9am. But whatever, that ultimately was something I could deal with.

They arrived at 9am. The ladies were very nice, and during the walkthrough, I showed them specific areas I wanted them to get to. I explained I also wanted the carpet vacuumed, and overall, just wanted a full move in clean. Again, they were very nice and responsive to what I was telling them. One of the ladies even went around showing me areas she thought could really need a clean. That made me pretty relieved because it seemed like she was serious about the clean. I then left, and waited for them to let me know when they were done. They finished at around 11am, which was perfect as I also told them I needed them done by 11:30am.

Going back to the apartment, they were already gone. Maybe my mistake was that I should have asked them to wait for me to arrive so I could check the apartment with them.

I honestly don’t really know what they did. I could tell the carpet had vacuumed, and the tubs had been cleaned as I could see some soap residue in the drain, and the problem area I had spoken to them about was also cleaned. But other than that, I legitimately don’t know what else they did. Some of the cupboards seemed to have been cleaned, but others were not and I had to go in and clean them myself. The outside of the toilets didn’t look cleaned, the cabinets in each bathroom were filthy, and the hardwood floor I have in my apartment was also dirty. Stepping on them barefoot, my feet turned black.

Overall, I can’t say I’d recommend this company to anyone, and I will not be booking their services again. It was entirely too expensive for the results I got. Again, I’m acknowledging that maybe I should have waited to get home to do a last walkthrough with them, perhaps I should have been more specific about getting the inside of the cabinets cleaned, the floors etc. But I feel like that is assumed to be cleaned when requesting a move in clean. I feel like I shouldn’t have to specify to get my floors cleaned.

Really disappointed, I was really looking to get some of the stress of moving to another state off my shoulders but in the end, I wasted $$$ just to have to clean everything myself.

I recently had all my mattresses cleaned by these people and I was so impressed! The gentlemen who provided the service were so helpful and friendly. They were quick, efficient, and super effective. My mattresses have been dirty for quite some time now and I feel like I am sleeping in a new bed! I absolutely love it! 10/10 recommend great service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. When I initially called, the receptionist quoted me a price, but when the bill came, there was an unexpected price increase. The pricing was not clearly communicated, and no explanation was given for the change. The lack of transparency and poor communication left me feeling frustrated. I expected better customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them.

Can’t say enough about this company. The cleaners were on time and responsive. Charles did a great job of giving me a great rate and helping me book. After that the process was easy and intuitive. I booked for the next day and had Aleut and Yirga come out and completely transform my home to get it ready for clients. Would love to use this company again and I even referred my friends and family and received a 10% discount for their cleanings through a referral code!

They are good. The person cleaning was nice and got things done quickly. When I first set up the appointment, they told me it might take about 3 hours to clean up everything but it really took less than half of that.
I might use this service again once I move out of my apartment ✌️

Edit: Used their service a second time and they did not disappoint. My apt was dirtier this time but they left things really clean. I'll probably make it a habit to use their service every 6 months

Without a doubt one of the best cleaner groups I have ever used. I scheduled an appointment a day before my clean and the next day they left not a spot, not an inch missed. I had a pretty large house and for them to do this exceptional of a job is amazing. They were on time and fit my schedule perfectly. North Texas Cowboy Cleaners were fantastic! They were able to get out next day and complete the service. Carolyn was polite, on time and thorough. She made sure to address my concerns and check that I was satisfied with the service. My apartment was left spotless! I will definitely be using their services again.

I had contracted this company last minute and was happy to get an appointment accommodated for me. I will start with saying the customer service agents over the phone were SUPER nice and helpful understanding the whole process. Now the first person to come clean didn’t realize it was a detail cleaning until half way through and I wasn’t the most happy with the service. He was super nice, but did not detail clean. After speaking with management, they sent Alexa who did an AMAZING job! She went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect before leaving. I will definitely come back and request ALEXA , as she is super detail oriented and left my home looking amazing!

Like other reviewers mentioned, the price they quoted me was far lower than what they billed me for - almost double. This makes no sense, as I made them aware of the size of the space beforehand, and the space was not “dirty”. Over $300 for a 1 bed, 1 bath duplex is outrageous. I also did not receive a high quality service. I had to go behind the lady who cleaned it as she neglected to clean several areas of the home. This company has shady business practices and their service was mediocre. I would look elsewhere.

Great experience with the company. The booking was quick and they showed up on time, which I really appreciated given my busy schedule. The ladies did an excellent job; my apartment hasn't looked this good in ages. Communication was solid too, no surprises. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I had used this company before and wanted to give them another try because they have upfront pricing and they addressed the problems I had with a cleaner they had sent on another job. They used to provide fixed pricing based on the size of the home, but then they switched me to an hourly rate and it was 36% higher. The explanation was I had to ask for the flat rate even though that wasn't my experience before. They also tried to charge me a tax rate of 9.75% when it was supposed to be 8.25%. The tax rate was fixed after I notified them, but it's hard to believe that it wasn't an intentional error. Check those invoices and be careful with this company!
