Yadira and Hilda did a great job! I love coming home to a clean house!

I initially found myself frantically needing someone to clean my house when I had unexpected guests (in-laws) arriving in 3 days. Brooke worked diligently to squeeze me in! I fell in love with the ladies and immediately rebooked for the next set of guests. I then realized I couldn’t live without these ladies. I started off once monthly, escalated to twice monthly, and now am hooked at weekly services! What i especially appreciate is that Brooke is so flexible and willing to accommodate any needs I have had. Now, 2 years later, I can’t imagine my life without Brooke and my ladies!

MaidPro cleans our Church. They are professional, thorough and efficient. We have used them for over a year and are very pleased.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication of Maidpro Office. After using them for over a year, I moved to a new location and gave them almost 30 days advanced notice. Then I followed up via email three days before my service. On the day of my service no one showed up. I called, left voicemails, and texted to try and get a response. Hours later I was called by a fast-talking manager who did NOT acknowledge or apologize for the poor customer service. I fired him over the phone and was so angered by the lack of care for me as a returning client. He spoke over me and would NOT listen.

I cannot recommend this company anymore. The cleaning crew did a fabulous job, but the management is not worth the headache.

MaidPro is a great organization!! Kaylie came to clean our home yesterday and did a perfect job. I'm not sure which location she is from, but I would definitely book her again. She not only did a great job cleaning, but she was so sweet and kind. I would 100% recommend MaidPro if you need your home or office cleaned! Thank you, Kaylie!!

Excellent service! We were very pleased with Alexus! She paid very close attention to detail and did not hesitate to ask us about any specific instructions. Our service is actually out of the MaidPro in Lake Highlands, but I could not find a place to review that location. Marcus and his team do a fantastic job! Overall, very accommodating and easy to work with!

Zaraya and Bernice always take care of our office. They leave it looking brand new! Will continue to use them for many years!

A bit disappointed with the lack of communication of Maidpro Office. My first cleaning did not go well and I was not applied the promotional rate as promised. There was multiple miscommunications from the team about what I was being charged.

As far as the first clean went, they were 2 hours late and what I got was not a deep clean as the service suggested, under beds and base boards were missed.

Jesse and Luiz are amazing they are thorough and really detailed when they clean and leaving my keys with them is so easy cuz if I am not home they still come in and clean and leave it amazing

When we lost our housekeeper of 8 years, I responded to a mailer I received from Maid Pro. It was a total godsend. The two wonderful women who came weekly were prompt, thorough, thoughtful and considerate . The owner of the company matched the cleaning team to our needs and household. Our dogs, who are very discerning, loved them as well. My house was as clean as it has ever been . I cannot recommend this cleaning service highly enough.

They are great! We get the house cleaned weekly, and it really helps to come home to a spotless house when both of us are so busy.

These people are incredible! Professional, efficient, and very friendly! (especially to my cat :) ). Great with trash removal, and really everyone they have sent me has always had a smile & a great attitude! I have been using them for close to 2 years now, would happily recommend to anyone.

Jazmin has been coming to my house for almost a year now and is a valuable pro to me. She’s great at cleaning, organizing the other pros and is friendly, respectful and professional. I highly recommend MaidPro and Jazmin in particular.

Our maids, Bernice and Zaraya, always do a wonderful job cleaning our home. The floors shine like new and all surfaces are clean and tidy. They are very dependable and responsive

Zaraya and Jesse are more more then just cleaners. They have a great attitude and boy do they work hard. They come and love on my 90 pound golden before they clean. Then they get down to very quick and efficient but thorough work!!! They are absolutely amazing!!! They go above and beyond the every day job. I can communicate with them very well so they know exactly what I want. I could not ask for a better experience!

We recently chose MaidPro to do a move in cleaning of our home for potential tenants. Jazmin, Zaraya, and Ivis did a fantastic job! They arrived well within the time window and hit the ground running. In addition to the ‘standard’ cleaning, we requested cleaning all inside of drawers and cabinets along with cleaning the inside of the stove (since it was the only appliance in the house other than the dishwasher). We’re very satisfied with the job and would recommend MaidPro to anyone needing their house sparkling clean.
