Recently we redid our entire landscaping plan & retained D Landscape for the installation. We were greatly impressed w/their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, dedication & knowledge! Overall their quality of service was superior to any company we have used! In fact, we were so pleased with the results that we hired them for our monthly lawn service. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend them to others!

D Landscape did a landscape installment and replaced and extended my patio with flagstone. The grout compound called Nextgel they used never set up and after two attempts with them trying to correct the problem spanning over more than a year, they refuse to use a different medium, even though the last repair was the least successful. I am left with almost a whole hardscape of stones with no grout and is now a safety hazard and legal issue. Please do not use D Landscape as I now have to spend more to correct the problem.

We worked with Ryan Richardson on a patio replacement, design and installation. Ryan took care to offer realistic solutions for every issue encountered and help with choice of materials. His instalation crew was top notch. They were always on time, professional and extremely particular with their work. The result is a beautiful patio which complements our home.

Need to teach your employees how to drive. 5MT3 got out of the standstill Lane and cut me off when I was going about 70 miles an hour on 75. If you are going to have your logo on vehicles and they need to learn how to drive. He also proceeded to go extremely slow and the passing lane and it seemed to me like it was on Purpose.

Our front and backyard were in desperate need of rehabilitation and re-landscaping. The harsh swings in North Texas weather had left our grass and plants in shambles, and our previous caretaker just didn't have the bandwidth to tackle everything that needed repair. Our yard was admittedly a big project, and it was difficult to hire someone comprehensive who was not only good at fixing the lawn (we had a few people try) but also someone who could coordinate fixing the drainage system, revamping the landscaping, and maintaining the lawn. Some of the companies we sought out were either not very responsive or reliable in doing what they promised to do. We felt like we were paying people a lot of money for a lawn that still looked poorly maintained. D Landscape was not only capable of fixing our landscaping/lawn with the services they provide but was also dependable, which was important to us especially since some of the project was time sensitive. Although the price was not cheap, D Landscape discussed the plan and price beforehand so that there were no surprises. They were willing to work with us on some modifications to the plan as well. Ryan designed our landscaping remodel and did a beautiful job. The finished product was absolutely breathtaking and transformed our house completely. I was impressed with how thoughtful he is and how seriously he takes his work. He has a lot of pride in what he does and came to the house multiple times throughout the entire project to check on the progress and make sure things were shaping up into what he had envisioned. You can tell he is invested in the happiness of the customer as well as the perfection and beauty of the outcome. He remained very communicative with us throughout the process. He even was able to push up the project by a few weeks in anticipation of the birth of our new baby, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. The landscapers who were helping bring the project to life were also very nice and respectful. They cleaned up every day and were very reliable. D Landscape seamlessly put together a team of landscapers, irrigation/drainage experts, arborists, and lawn maintenance crew that all worked together to complete our project. It was such a relief to have them coordinate and work together as a single unit so that we didn't have to worry about finding the best help at each point in the project. The fact that D Landscape will continue to maintain our lawn is also reassuring because they were there every step of the way and now know our lawn the best. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would 100% recommend this company!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everything is labeled and organized. So much variety in garden and houseplants. 50% right now was the cherry on top.

Excellent Japanese maple selection here. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and they helped us find what we were looking for.

Worst service ever. White skinny guy is always angry and never helps. The plants are dried up and the employees don’t know what they are doing. Never coming back again. Rubinal’s in downtown would never treat me like this.

This place in your "Rolsdex" is a great resource for shrubs, evergreens and yucca, and there’s a spectacular gift shop filled with ceramic platters, candles, soaps, gardening tools and more.

These folks are super knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate their availability of organically raised plant starts for my edible garden as well as their beautiful yard plants.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . Unfortunately after visiting the Arboretum during the fall, when we arrived here we expected more native plants.

I love this place. Huge variety of plants and flowers, very attentive and friendly staff, and the way the place is set up makes it very easy and pleasant to navigate.

My son and I stopped by on our way home just to visit. I always enjoy walking through and whenever I have a question as I did today they're there and ready to answer. Ask a simple question and I had four people helping me. The answer the question and did not even try to sell the product. You know I'll be back and I need it later.

Great family owned business with an adorable gift shop. I love to stop in for all of my last minute gift needs! The staff is alway very helpful and accommodating!
