I enjoyed doing business with Synthetic Grass DFW. The sales person - Jack was always very friendly to deal with. Allowed me to customize my yard to my exact needs. The crew that came out to do the install was very friendly and allowed me to give input on slight adjustments that were needed. I wish I had more grass needs, as I would love to do business with them again.

We are so very happy with the “fake grass”. It looks realistic and even the dog likes it. From the time they came out to bid the job until it was finished we had great customer service. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up as if they were never there (except the new lawn). They even followed up to assure all was great. Highly recomend!

The crew just finished our project today and WOW! What a great job. Very easy company to work with. Chad and crew handled our last minute changes like champs. They are for sure worth the money!

We looked at getting turf back in 2021 and shopped a few different companies at that time. All of them were somewhat comparable in price but we decided we liked Brady and Synthetic Grass DFW the best. We didn’t pull the trigger in 2021 and we tried one more time to get our natural grass in the backyard looking good, but it wasn’t working out so we finally had Brady and his crew come out to do the job in May of 2024. It has been a game changer for us. The space is so much more usable now for our kids and the dog. The crew knocked the job out in 3 days just like Brady said they would. The backyard looks so much better than it did and the follow up and service on the back end have all been outstanding as well. I would absolutely recommend Brady and his team to anybody.

If I can say anything on this review is just do it! I called Jason at Synthetic grass DFW out of frustration with my two goal retriever, puppies, rolling in the mud and getting it in my pool. Immediately after my grass was done I had a sense of calm, my goldens going to the pool and then run around the synthetic grass all I have to worry about is drying them off! It’s amazing and I love it. It looks beautiful. If you’ve been on the fence, you will not regret it.

I actually actually interviewed different grass companies and was impressed with the quality of grass that they sell especially the pet friendly grass. They’re not all the same so beware. Their synthetic grass is not just have holes poked on it, but is actually a basket weave bottom, which is 100% pee proof. The grass looks completely real. I am very very happy.

Brady, Creyton and their entire team were great! Knowledgeable, quick and trustworthy! Our project added a whole new living space to our home, we are obsessed. Great warranty and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Very happy w my turf installation, it looks fantastic. SG DFW / John Marc did a good job of explaining everything initially and gave me a really good price for my project. I am writing this review a year later as I recently had one of the turf corners bubble-up a bit due to some mushroom growth in very corner - John sent his crew over right away and got everything fixed-up fast. 👍🏼 👍🏼

Amazing.
The extreme summer and winter make it so difficult to maintain the appearance of my natural grass, I finally decided to install synthetic turf.
The project was quick and efficient. They did a fantastic clean up upon completion. The team works meticulously and they are friendly.
We have enjoyed the grass for two weeks. I am hopeful it maintains the appearance and quality in the years to come.

Would HIGHLY recommend Synthetic Grass DFW. Chad was great to work with and our backyard was a disaster with our large dogs, drainage issues, you name it. It has completely transformed our backyard and the use of the space. The kids LOVE it and have been running around bare foot it feels so good. We are excited to have this really complete the backyard after finishing our patio and being an even bigger extension of living space. Game changer for sure. It is well worth it.

Going into this project we did plenty of research and narrowed my selection down to two companies. After receiving quotes from both companies we felt comfortable moving forward with Chad and his crew. He detailed the importance of quality preparation and grading of the backyard given our current surface and desired results. The Synthetic Grass DFW crew was prompt, extremely pleasant and clean. We couldn’t been more satisfied with the entire process. If you’re looking to invest into your home/backyard, I can assure you this is a first class company.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Brady contacted me back immediately about my inquiry for a turf install in our backyard. I got quotes from 8 vendors and the number he gave was more than reasonable. Turf is an investment and I wanted to be sure the company installing was reputable and had other glowing reviews, which they do. Total time for install took two days, his crew was right on time on both days and I couldn't believe the final result. Our yard before install was toast, had a few tiny patches of grass (came that way when we bought the house) the thought of spending thousands on landscaping and sod with THREE dogs.... it would be torn up immediately. The turf installed look natural, soft to walk on and makes our yard look larger than before. Best investment we've made so far and I highly recommend anyone thinking about it to give them a call. Top notch service! Excited we have a backyard we can finally enjoy (so do the dogs) thank you!!!!

Could not be more pleased with our new turf. The planning and the installation went as explained. The dogs and grandkids love it. No more mud in the house and can return to turf quickly after a rain. They did a wonderful job including cleaning up after completion of project.

Synthetic Grass DFW did an outstanding job designing and building my backyard putting green. Communication was easy and the crew was prompt, clean and did great work. The project had to be modified a bit midway based on my yard slope and the team made the changes easily and delivered a great product! I highly recommend Synthetic Grass DFW. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The free quote was scheduled easily and quickly, and Jack came out to location and communicated well on when he was going to arrive. They were competitively priced for the two areas of turf I had done on both sides of my house, and they got me scheduled quickly. Another great part of the experience was that Synthetic Grass DFW doesn't subcontract out the work, and they stand by their work. Vincent and his crew were respectful, professional, tidy, and efficient, and knocked out the job in about 6 hours, which includes them cleaning up after the job was done. Would definitely recommend these folks to anyone interested.
