We were in the market to create 300+ sq/ft of usable patio space. After reaching out to 3 - 4 contractors with details on our small project -- we couldn't get a call back. Many of the local contractors don't want to take a project this small. In comes Brady at Synthetic Grass of DFW.

His crew did an amazing job from quote to install. Brady was transparent, professional and provided a straight forward design and estimate within the first visit. The installation was knocked out in a day and it was one of the best things we have done to our house.

Great company that does awesome work. I have had two installs done by the team, 3 years apart, and am super happy with both experiences. They do quality work, and have great client service. Highly recommend!

Just had my turf installed and it is amazing! If you are in the market for some turf look no further than Synthetic Grass DFW. Jack was our salesman and his communications is spot on. There ended up being a "box" in the ground that had a cover on it and they leveled the box and turfed over it cutting the top out so it could be accessed in the future.

Jason and Synthetic Grass DFW did a fantastic job with our turf. Our pool was delayed and we had to change dates multiple times, but the were extremely accommodating and their team knocked it all out in like 6 hours! Our family is excited for years of fun!

Updating my review. The work that they did looked great and now we feel good about it, but it wasn't the easiest company to work with after they installed. Difficult to pay invoices, difficult to reach anyone to get direction, etc.. After the first 30-45 days of installation, we started to see nutsedge weeds sprout up through the middle of the yard and putting green. I would pick these out and spray but 45-60 new weeds emerge every 5-6 days. The company told me that these were airborne weeds that fall on top of the grass. ChatGPT stated with certainty and case studies that it is almost never an airborne weed that falls from the sky and it is caused instead by toiling of the soil. It has been difficult to get accountability on the significant investment we made with this company to resolve it properly. I believe that it might not have been covered with a proper barrier to prevent the growth in weeds. I finally was able to get the owner to advise that I use a spray from amazon and to target spray the weeds (there is also nutsedge spray that goes across the entire lawn). I found on ChatGPT that it shouldn't go on turf. We are target spraying the weeds with that now and we seem to have less weeds popping up through the middle of the turf and putting green.

Chad was recommended by a friend so I called him to give me a quote. He came to the house and after talking, it was clear he was the most knowledgeable option. He helped me design the layout using some of my existing features. His crew came out a few days later and knocked it out off the park. They were professional and friendly, a great team. Everyone had a job and they were working the entire time. I love to sit in the back yard now. It looks and feels like a resort. The clean up is easy.. My dogs love it. If you’re considering turf, call Chad first.

Synthetic Grass DFW did an absolutely incredible job on our putting green! After getting several quotes we decided to go with Chad - we gave him the green light and just two days later he was able to fit our project in. On the day of the install, Chad and his team arrived not just on time, but EARLY and finished the green in one day. From start to finish the communication and overall process was a breeze, the attention to detail, thoroughness and quality of materials blew us away, and the finished product speaks for itself. Needless to say we’re big fans of Synthetic Grass DFW!

These guys were very nice and professional. We have a very shady and small backyard and the grass kept dying, so we decided to put artificial grass back there. They installed it quickly and did an awesome job. I had a small cosmetic concern, and they came back out and fixed it right away. I definitely recommend Synthetic Grass DFW and would use them again!

Amazing work! We are in the process of building a pool at our home and one of our last steps were to put the synthetic grass in before finishing off the pool. They came and finished the job so quickly and it turned out incredible! The pool isn"t even done and we are already spending all our time out there with the kids. Definitely recommend using them!

I was a little concerned that my project would be too small to get any attention. But from the minute Brady came out for my initial consultation he assured me they could do it and do it well. I have to say that my new turf looks… AWESOME! More than that, the quality of the work and the pride the crew took in that workmanship is nothing less than impressive! I’ve had more than my fair share of sub-par projects completed around the house by companies I put my trust in, but I’m extremely happy to let you know that Madison's crew does not fall into that category. Synthetic Grass DFW did a great job. They did it on time and in budget. We had some issues, as with every project, but they worked until they had everything perfect. The installation guys were very helpful and you could tell they took pride in making sure we were happy. They were also extremely nice to my kids who wanted to work with them! I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends!

Our backyard turned out great! We used to have a wet, muddy yard after every rain. Now it’s dry and useable within hours after even the heaviest downpour. And it looks fantastic!

Chad and his team did an outstanding job transforming our backyard! Their level of service was truly top-notch, and they even finished the project ahead of schedule. Vincent and the grounds crew were incredibly accommodating, especially with our last-minute changes. Do yourself a favor and hire them — they make the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable.

We are completely satisfied with the end result as well as the whole process. Great team at Synthetic Grass DFW. I highly recommend them. It will change the look of your yard and create more enjoyment when you are outside.

Good product, abysmal customer service.

The summary: when you pay a company $15K for a project, the least you expect is a good installation experience and prompt follow-up on any issues caused ‘by’ the the installation process. The result has been disappointingly the opposite.

The more detailed description: it has now been over 3 months, and I’m still awaiting a resolution of a leak created in the sprinkler system, damaged grass and a dig up area in my side yard. Add to that complaints from my neighbor that the trim has been installed with long screws that jut out into his yard. All issues (with photographs/videos) have immediately been communicated to their marketing liaison. And I hate to say this, but I should have seen this coming, because the same lack of process was evident during the installation. Crews would come and go without notice. I had to specifically request for a project supervisor who would be my point of contact. Stakes for newly planted trees were removed and left lying around when crews disappeared for the weekend (again despite my request to ensure this was addressed). And a quickly scrambled installation of decomposed granite for which I had to request them to come back and redo things.

For a company that offers a multi year warranty, all I can do is keep my fingers crossed that I don’t actually run into an issue. If the service is this poor this soon after taking my money, I have little hope for warranty repairs down the line.

I have included photos of the issues and one of the yard. As mentioned, the product looks and feels good. I just wish the company could keep up their promises.
