These guys are absolutely horrible they leave there messes for the customers to pick up and it seems like they hire just about anybody I have never been impressed and they have been doing my lawn services for over 3 years and have yet to accommodate any of my complaints its absolutely ridiculous

I was getting lunch and one of the drivers parked super close. When I was trying to pull out to leave he got mad I was going slow to avoid scraping his truck and sped off. I almost backed right into him

Beware. They don't tie down their trash and cause things ti fly off the trailer and hits vehicles. They will try and not give you the insurance information and pretend they don't understand you.

I hope the quality of work is better than their drivers. 3:35 pm May 1 . Had to slam on brakes on highway because he needed in the lane. Cmon

This landscaping company is ruining my front lawn. Just sloppy work from edging to the height the mower is cutting the grass and the lines not being straight. I cut the lawn myself before they show up and still mow and weed whack. Wish the HOA wouldn’t force our front to be cut by this company!

This company does not know what it is doing with regard to lawn care. Had issues with basic mowing services - missed scheduled mowing service, did not mow the yard evenly, did not trim the edges, charged extra for a cut less than 3 inches, failed to follow instruction about egress and ingress into the yard. I also asked for other landscaping (installing trees) and they failed to get back to me with pricing and details, even though they assured me they would and I follow up about it.

Driver nearly caused a very serious accident. The Gold Landscape truck drove straight across Lebanon Rd in Frisco with on coming traffic. I had to do an emergency stop and came to a complete halt on Lebanon just to avoid hitting the truck with trailer!!
This was on April 18th 2024 - the truck's plates were 223-037K.
I notified the Company and had zero response.

More reckless and dangerous driving from Gold Landscape.  I was coming home today from work at 3:46 pm, heading north on George Bush near where it intersects  with 635.  I am in the middle lane cruising along with the rest of the traffic.  There is a vehicle in the right lane just ahead of me.  Then out of nowhere this joker in a Gold Landscape white Ford pickup, tag # either DDR or DOR 8386, comes speeding up in the right lane beside me, decides they want to pass the car in front of them, and just recklessly and dangerously just moves into the middle lane, literally right in front of me,  only inches to spare, and then just takes off like a bat out of hell.  If he hit me I would probably have spun out of control and crashed.  Looking at the other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has experienced reckless and dangerous driving from Gold Landscaping.  This reckless and dangerous driving reflects very poorly on this company and exposes them to serious litigation.

I wonder if their work is better quality than their driving. Person driving pickup with LP Lwt4559 was unable to control their speed, choosing to accelerate when passed by larger vehicles, and tailgating until they exited i35w toll road for US287N on 9/18 @ 1630 when traffic is bad enough without aggressive drivers.

SO UNFORTUNATELY for me and others that work at my company, we are located way too close to your main office. You seriously need to get some drivers education training for your drivers. I've been nearly hit, cut off, road raged at, tailgated and everything in between by nearly EVERY SINGLE TRUCK & TRAILER branded with "Gold Landscaping". You need to start using dash cams and drivers systems that literally show you first hand how your drivers are driving. Samsara is an EXCELLENT program that we utilize at my company. There are way too many complaints against your company vehicles all over the internet for their not to be any truth to it. Your drivers are going to end up killing someone at this rate.

Terrible drivers, going 40 in the left lane completely clogging traffic in 635.

This morning as getting on 635 from Josey Lane . This reckless driver almost hit me . It looks like it’s something that continuously has been happening due to other reviews . Dude almost pushed me off the ramp . Y’all need to follow up with who ever is driving these vehicles. Luckily I was able to capture the vehicle .

Road ragers driving these cars. Don’t invite them into your neighborhood because they are angry, unsafe, and erratic drivers.

These guys do awesome commercial in installations for Irrigation and landscaping as well as they handle the maintenance of the properties, so I’m very large properties and they do a bang of job. If you’re looking for anyone to handle some commercial landscaping irrigation installation Also, French drains Stone work. You name it. These guys will handle it for you. They only work commercial. They do an awesome job.

The Crew did an amazing job. One of the few contractors I have ever worked with that did everything they promised and more. Hands down our best investment for our family and being backed by a local great business makes it even better. Thank you for the amazing work and professionalism Synthetic Grass DFW
