Every aspect of working with Bartlett has been so positive. Paul Patterson, Arborist, is very knowledgeable and courteous. The crew was also very courteous and did a great job in the tree pruning and leaving the property clean and looking 'undisturbed'.

Edit: I was there for over 30 minutes while the guy was in the park messing around on the site. When I left he was still there. There was a plethora of parking right near the ramp. The very next row of spots behind as well as beside those handicapped spots were open. These spots are not for convenience. Even if it is 15 minutes that is not what these spots are for. If you had a child in a wheelchair or one leg I bet your opinion would be different about its just 15 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house to discuss
the tree work I would need. After waiting a few hours when no one came I called and was told that someone had called them to cancel that appointment. No one that I know would have done that! Also, I was not given another time to choose. They lost my business because they chose to not have my business or recommendation for that matter!

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. We had them trim up our Red Oak tree after a recent storm downed some branches. They were the only company who called us back when we were requesting service.
They did a great job and would recommend with hesitation. The hesitation would be that to clean up our 1 tree the final bill was $2,600. We were told before the service the cost would be $115/hr/man, but just didn't realize that would add up to so much. I feel slightly taken advantage of, but also think they did a great job.

Poor communication. I was given a quote for tree pruning and when it came time to schedule for service, I was told they will look at their schedule and make it work. I eventually reached out to them for a follow up request. No response. Very unprofessional.

Edit: One star to four stars. Representative contacted me and apologized for the mishap. Rep wanted to make the situation right. Mistakes happen. Rep was very professional and took accountability.

We have used their services many times, and they are just the best! Their service is spectacular, and they really know what they are doing.

Two neighbors and I decided to join together and select several proposals. Bartlett was chosen as one based on our HOA experience and Bartlett's reputation. We all agreed on your selection. I was very well pleased with every aspect from office to clean up. Bartlett will be my first choice in the future.

I entered an agreement to have my oak tree pruned and a separate stump ground. The pruning portion was completed but the stump grinding portion was never completed. Excuses were given and finally all communication from Bartlett has ceased. I do not recommend this company and am extremely dissatisfied with them.

I called and asked for someone to come and check a Maple tree that had some issues. We set an appointment date and time and Paul showed up as requested.
He provided me with advice on how to protect my tree, he even wrapped it to help prevent any further damage.

We love Bartlett and our CSR, Greg Massengale. We started using Bartlett’s twice-a-year fertilizer service after planting 20 trees in 2019, and our trees have nearly doubled in size in those six years, looking healthier, fuller and more lush than if just left on their own! This month, we used their pruning service, and Juan Carlos was an artistic genius, meticulously reshaping some of the wild, leggy growth into natural, beautiful shapes. 5-star service. We highly recommend.
