I originally posted this review then heard back from Bartlett within moments, so in good conscience before I believe anyone saw my review I chose to remove my it to give them another chance to improve on their service.

Contacted BTE, they came out on 8/28/2024 then emailed us their plans for our trees / shrubs.

Via email October 3, 2024, Thursday I sent an inquiry wondering if Bartlett's men thought their job was done.

I was told No, their job was not finished, "As of today, they have the completed the front yard in its entirety, as well as the clearance improvement and deadwood removal in the back. I will have another crew scheduled next week to come out to complete the final limb removal process."

It took over two weeks before Bartlett had their men back out. This time they removed 3 limbs that were over hanging our fence. I once again sent an email inquiring whether they thought their men were done, because our trees out back do not look much different. The canopy was not brought up, our trees do not look clean with various sizes of dead branches throughout, and little sucker type branches.
Thus far Bartlett had men out to deal with our trees on October 1, 3 and 22. I still do not consider their job complete.

I am having a difficult time understanding what I am to expect our trees to look like once Bartlett actually finishes their job.

Today is 11/1/2024 nothing has been accomplished since 10/24/2024. We just received an automated email with the invoice for payment. The job is not finished. Payment will be sent when job is complete.

We planted several trees a few years ago and were disappointed in how the trees were growing. I was referred to Mark Buri at Bartlett for his advice. Mark came to our house and inspected the trees. Mark determined that the trees were not planted correctly by the original installer, and that they were being over-watered. Mark's team corrected the planting, adjusted the irrigation and treated the trees for other issues. The trees recovered quickly and are looking great today. Bartlett now maintains all our trees. Bartlett has always been responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

Alex Mattson is wonderful. He is an expert arborist who genuinely cares and listens. My experience with him was outstanding. The three-man crew that came to prune our trees was highly skilled, working with precision and care. They maneuvered beautifully through a tight space to safely remove a very large dead pecan branch from the neighbor's tree that was hanging perilously over our house (see photo). The individuals who performed tree fertilizations, insecticide treatment, and root invigorations were also excellent.

Luke was absolutely wonderful to talk to on the phone. He was knowledgeable and kind when I spoke to him. He offered great service and the phone call was a breeze. He was probably one of the nicest people I’ve talked to on the phone when trying to figure out the appointment times and figuring out what needed to be done. I will definitely use Bartlett forever and ever!!!

The crew was very professional and worked very hard to remove a large dead tree from my yard. Large limbs were near power lines, and extended out over the back fence which made it a challenge. They did a great job of cutting it all down and cleaned up and removed all the tree debris when they were done. Highly recommend for all tree work.

Bartlett Tree Experts far exceeded my expectations! The crew was prompt , courteous, and very efficient! Jacob was very attentive to my concerns and developed a plan to fit the needs of my property. I would recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs tree service of any type.

We made an appointment with them and their crew came out with 2 trucks. Before we knew all trees were trimmed and everything was cleaned up nicely. I really recommend this company for fast and knowledgeable tree service.

Omar cleaned up 11 trees on my property and removed 4. One of them has an active bee hive. Omar and his crew were fast and friendly. Very efficient and so affordable. Thank you Omar!!!
