My family has used Holcomb for many years both at our business and homes. Always up front and professional.

I live 1 mile away and wanted to support a local business. They tried charging me $2 a stick for firewood.

Posting solely based on one of their drivers which nearly caused an accident a week ago. No signal, speeding, cutting in and out of traffic, and turning from inner lane to furthest lane in a double turn. All this withing the span of a few miles before and after the Firewheel Mall area in Garland.

Very knowledgeable full service tree care company. ISA Certified Arborists on staff. Large or small they are equipped to handle it all.

Very good at what they do, they even shred your waste onsight, but their minimum price for the smallest job is $400. That's the only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating.

They just trimmed a very large Elm tree on my property but overhanging two neighbors' houses. Did a fantastic job. Cleaned perfectly. Would highly recommend.

We have used their service on several occaisions. Fair price, dependable, great job. I have bought firewood there. Good price...much better than getting it at grocers.

I've patronized this business for over 30 years. Very conscientious. Never had an issue that wasn't immediately addressed. Would rate higher, but there's only 5 stars.

I enlisted Holcomb Tree Service to cut down a small tree in my front yard after having to call several times just to get someone to come and give me an estimate, and actually sent a photo of the tree that was to be removed. Holcomb came and cut down the wrong tree. It took a few weeks for them to return to cut down the right tree. I then received a bill for cutting down the tree and the tree that was mistakenly cut down had not yet been replaced. This was in September, 2018 and I have emailed my contact many times to request a replacement of the tree to no avail. Promises to plant something and nothing happens. I am totally exasperated with this company.

This company is a joke. They are doing my neighbors yard yet trees are hitting my roof every two minutes. When i go outside to look there is a guy sitting on my roof smoking and chatting with the rest of his crew. I call the main office and chat with a gentleman about the issue and he says he will call the crew and tell them to back off. 10 mins later they are back at it. Including a guy straddling the fence and trying to pick up branches and digging up my lawn. So i call back and an older lady answers saying she has no idea what i was talking about. Yet after explaining the issue she know the exact scenario and said it back to me. Just a poorly run company with out sourced labor. Customer service can't be dead. Must be a better tree service company out there.

Holcomb Tree Service did an amazing job trimming our 60 year old Live Oak trees. They successful trimmed the branches without butchering the trees. My lawn now receives an adequate amount of sunlight for my flower garden and lawn. We plan on using them again for any other tree services.
