First of all let me start off by saying that getting these guys was the best decision I could have made for my troubled sprinkler system. Update-Michael and his team did such amazing job that I had them come out and put sprinklers to cover the landscaping in the front of my house. I also love that they are responsive when you call them. Overall, I am a happy customer and I have the greenest grass on my block!

Michael did an awesome job at diagnosing and identifying our sprinkler issues. He came out the same day and completed everything efficiently and was cost effective. Definitely will be using Ledgers Lawn in the future - highly recommend!

Majestic Outdoor Lighting did my house in Plano and I was so impressed by their service and end result, I contracted them to do my lake house. The result was amazing!!

For the second year in a row, we've had issues with our misting system dripping and misting after the pump turns off. I called the office and asked them to send someone out today to address the issues so the system doesn't drip all weekend. I emailed and called with no response. It's clear that nobody wanted to deal with this problem on a Friday afternoon.

Very disappointing customer service.

This situation occurred on a Friday afternoon. I placed my first call at 3:15 PM to report the issue. I called back between 3:45 PM - 4:00 PM which is when I was asked to call back. I left a message asking for a return call. I did get a call about 8:30 PM after leave the first review. I appreciated that phone call and your assistance with temporarily addressing the issue until your team arrived to review the issue on Monday.

Thanks Majestic for your continued great service on our patio misting system! Greatly appreciate your seasonal inspections, commissioning and decommisioning! Our system makes enjoying otherwise too hot evenings all summer!
