Magestic offers quick response time and quick booking for installations and repairs. The only complaint I have is that the lights that were installed in the trees about 5 years ago were suppose to be bulbs that last 10 years but had to have Magestic out to be replace the burned out bulbs due to burn out 4 x. They have now switched bulbs but I had to continue to pay for bulbs to be replaced when clearly the product was defective. No discount was ever given:(

Majestic installed my outdoor lighting a year ago and I love the outdoor appearance of my home. I highly recommend this company. They did an outstanding job and stand by their work.

I had a maintenance contract with Majestic Lighting based on the number of lights in my yard that I have tried repeatedly to cancel. The contract was originally for 22 lights but 16 of them were damaged by a lightning strike and had to be replaced by another company. I asked for the contract to be canceled due to this significant change in the number of lights as well as the lack of appropriate responses by their home office. I will be disputing the original charge with my credit card company in an effort to receive the refund that the company refuses to give me. Please take this review into consideration before signing up for a maintenance contract with them.
Additionally I just received an invoice for 750 for the service of 6 lights that I was told was "past due" even though they just issued it. A previous service call for 22 lights which included replacing light bulbs was 108. So obviously this new amount cannot be supported. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau on this company

The entire Majestic team was so easy to work with. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and did an amazing job. I will use them for all our lighting needs - and have recommended them to all my friends

I have been a customer of Majestic for several years and have my lights checked twice a year. John came out today and went the extra mile to find and repair areas where squirrels had chewed my wires. Great guy and a terrific company.

Josh, Sergio and Abaro were excellent. Very professional, detail oriented and efficient. They worked on our existing system that Majestic put in a few years ago to update and fix a tree light that was damaged during a storm.

My wife and I hired Majestic Outdoor Lighting last summer. We found their service extremely professional and efficient. The lighting on the exterior of the house looks awesome and it has made a world of difference. I would highly recommend Majestic Outdoor Lighting!

After Brent with majestic outdoor lighting went over where he thought the lighting would give me the best results I had them install and they did a great job. Brent came back after they were finished after it was dark enough and I was extremely happy. Had I known I would get this kind of results I would have installed them earlier. I have an 18 yr old dog and can take out in the middle of the night and my beautiful back yard isn’t scary but welcoming. Great job. Thanks

Majestic did a great job on our lighting, i highly recommend them. Chad brought some great ideas to the table and his employees were professional and did a great job. We got some up and down lighting on large trees on our property, as well as some recessed lighting on our concrete walkways and lighting on our firepit. We are so happy with the results, thanks for the great ideas and for making them happen.

Majestic first installed a misting system in our backyard four years ago and recently completed a full yard outdoor lighting system. We have been extremely pleased with both the quality of their work and service for both projects. I am a general contractor in the Dallas area and would gladly recommend, and have, their services.

We have used Majestic a few times with outstanding results. We recently had them install bistro lights over the pool and deck. My initial design was simple but Taylor Flinn (their designer) came up with several other options. We chose one of theirs and it looks fantastic! We can’t thank them enough. They also notice a light out that they had installed almost 9 yrs ago and swapped it out for a newer version no charge... now that’s great customer service! Can’t thank them enough for a job well done.

I had major landscaping done when I moved in over six years ago, both front and back yards. The landscaper did the lighting in the front, but frankly it was poorly done and not very effective. So for the back yard I solicited bids from three or four companies and chose Majestic. And I am SO glad I did! They came up with many creative ideas (moon lights high in the trees -- love it!) and everything was implemented with durability in mind. Since then, I have had them come out several times -- to fix problems in the FRONT yard, which they didn't install originally. The back yard? No problems. Very highly recommended.

Majestic installed our front yard lighting over a year ago which was a big improvement over our previous lighting with the exception of one of the surface fixtures that stayed covered up with mud and landscaping mulch. Once notified however, Majestic responded immediately. I can vouch for the quality of their installation and appreciate their follow up and interest in satisfying our concerns.
