Frank and Justin did a great job! They showed up on time, were very detailed and explained the work that needed to be done. Good to know that our dryer is going to function much better!!

I HIGHLY recommend the Dryer Vent Wizard company. Braden and Justin did an excellent job cleaning our vent that was extremely clogged. They were very professional, gave us a quote before they began the work and explained the cleaning process they use. They took pictures of the clogged vent before and after the cleaning. Justin at DryerVentWizard was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had another company come out twice to clean our dryer vent, and they weren’t able to fix the issue, but when Justin came by, he identified the issue within minutes and had it corrected within an hour. We were also able to get scheduled within two days of the making the appointment, and everyone I spoke to was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely use them again next time!

After the inspection he went over all of his findings and informed me of needs to ensure my family and my home were safe. The technician was kind and ensure that there was no mess left over and that all items were in working order and everything met my satisfaction before leave. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out quickly! They gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment and service person called to let me know when he was on his way. The entire process was very efficient. We’ll use them again for the next dryer vent cleaning!

Could not have had a better experience with Vent Wizard! Christian let me know he was on his way, and arrived early. I thought all I needed was my vent cleaned, but turns out the reason for my lint buildup had to do with the shape of the vent pipe (whoever built our house in the 90’s cut every corner they could!). Within an hour, he had the correct pipe installed and cleaned out my lint trap. Christian was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient— and the price was incredibly reasonable! I highly suggest to anyone who needs their vents cleaned to contact Vent Wizard!

Dryer Vent Wizard was very professional and thorough. They were able to quickly outline the source of our troubles and solutions. They did not try to sell us on anything we didn’t need and completed the job really quickly. Overall, very satisfied.

Even though this business charged me significantly more than several others with whom I spoke, once the differences were explained, it was worth every penny. They really are full service and make sure that the job is done properly and thoroughly--no shortcuts. If you really want it done right, rather then just bare bones without a real inspection, please consider these folks.

Great service, Interior and Exterior cleaning. Prices are unbeatable!

I just wanted to schedule a simple dryer vent cleaning—nothing complicated, nothing out of the ordinary. Instead, I was routed to a call center where I had to provide my name, address, email, and who knows what else before even getting to the scheduling part. The whole process felt unnecessarily intimidating and complicated.

On top of that, they want me to pay $49 just for someone to come out and then tell me the actual price? No way! Why not just be upfront about costs instead of making customers jump through hoops?

I was hoping for a straightforward experience, but this was anything but. If scheduling is this frustrating, I can only imagine what the actual service is like. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Brian and all the other technicians are wonderful! They are very kind, knowledgable, and try and be as flexible as they can to accommodate your needs. Very efficient and affordable work done. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs vent work done.

Fast turnaround, quick and helpful service, better price than other similar services

Scheduling online was fast and easy; technician was friendly; but that's where the good experience stopped. They charge $49 as a trip charge (not waivable if you do the service with them), which I have now learned is unusual in the market. Also, their pricing is obscenely expensive - $369 to clean "over 6 feet with a vacuum" (per their estimated), which, per the technician should take just 30 minutes (equivalent to an hourly rate of $738 an hour). I reluctantly paid the $49 trip fee, and went with another highly rated company which charges half the price, no trip fee, and offers the same service. The other company also correctly pointed out that Dryer Vent Wizard identified the wrong vent (a bathroom fan vent) for the work - completely unacceptable. The other company now has a customer for life.

If you are reading this review, I would keep looking. There are much better alternatives out there.

Our tech, Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, on time and we are throughly pleased with the “like new” function and efficiency of our older dryer. We avoided a fire, barely, as it was completely clogged! And our dryer hosing was not even to code!, due to a cheap, under qualified, contractor’s work . I cannot adequately express my gratitude for this company, coupled with a qualified employee, like Nick. Going forward, we will use this company regularly to keep our dryer safe and working at its best! Thank you Wizard!
