The technician came out to clean my vent in July. Very professional and very informative. The job was done to perfection and I couldn’t be more happy about the experience and outcome of the finished job.

I paid $550 to cleaning a dryer vent and to replace a hose.

Justin was punctual nice and knowledgeable about his work.He worked extremely hard to get system installed and agreed to return to make sure the system was running correctly when the dryer is installed.

Bladen was great. He discovered some hidden ductwork that didn’t meet the residential building code (and was a fire hazard). He was upfront about what needed to be done to fix it and came back promptly to do the work.

Showed up on time. Explained what they were going to do based on inspection and made recommendations for improvements on my venting. No surprises. I was long overdue and and had a red reading so needed it badly. i can now take worrying about a house fire from a clogged and dirty dryer vent off my worry list. I already set a reminder to call them back out in 2 years. The cost was considerably higher than I expected but should be less next time as they changed the roof vent and a connection at the dryer. Still…worth it if it saves me a house fire.
