Jerry Saboni was on great. Called in advance as I was told and showed on time. Did a great job cleaning the chimney!! This is the second time I've used this company and will likely have them back in another year or so!!

I called NOA to clean a very dirty carpet. My dad has breathing problems and the carpet in his room was very bad and contributing to his health problems. Jerry called me before coming out to discuss what I needed. WOW! My dad and I didn’t think it was possible to make this carpet look so good! They also took my dad’s bed apart and helped us move his dresser. I am very impressed and pleased with the results. I have more work needed and I will be using NOA! I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment on Tuesday for the following Monday to have Chimney cleaned. Appointment time between 3-6 pm.
At 1 pm Monday I had to call to confirm I still had an appointment only to be told there was an issue with their truck that morning and they were running late. I asked at that time if there was a chance that my appointment wouldn't happen, I was only told "I hope not"!!! Well... I never received a call and I waited and waited... 3....4....5.... 6pm came and went and they never showed up. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I took the day off of work to be there and no call and a no show.

I moved into my house 3 years ago. Had never had a chimney before. I was told that I needed have it served, so I called NOA Services.
Mr Jerry came December 12rh to clean and serve my chimney. Did a great job of repairing, cleaning, and rearranged my gas logs. Added a chimney cap that I didn't have.
After he left, the weather got warmer and I hadn't used it. Last week, I tried to use it but couldn't get the damper open. Called Mr. Jerry and he came back today to fix it for me and clean it out again. It is now working great. Thank you NOA and Mr. Jerry.

Arrived 30 minutes later than expected but called to give me updates on timing before hand. They were so fast doing our fireplace and chimney. Must have been an hour tops. Nice guys gave us good maintenance advice. Highly recommend.

I hired then to remove all old insulation and blow in all new. Specifically asked if they accepted the Wells Fargo home improvement card and was assured they did. When work was performed, it appeared rushed and sloppy even though it did technically get done. Some of the radiant barrier had been installed right over the top of hanging ducts, many low spots in insulation. When time came for billing, found out they could not take card and demanded cash payment. They are not a bad company, just not superior to any other mediocre service.

I NEVER will call this company to do any work for me at any of my properties!!

A different quote was given over the phone than when the owner showed up with his thief employee. The owner did get rid of this employee when it was proven he stole a device. Then the work was rushed.

The owner's attitude was HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, and INSULTING! The Real Estate agent was in shock. Terrible personality where any question after that was scolded and with a covered insult.

One room still wreaks where they broke the wall molding. The staircase molding was also scratched.

The owner's son was kind. He should let him manage customer service!!

They seem to under bid and overcharge. However, Jerry was quick to acknowledge and promised a price match and future credit. I will call him out on his offer and update this review next year to 5 star.

Used NOA Services to clean a blocked dryer vent - Jerry and Aaron were incredibly professional, skilled, and pleasant to deal with. I anticipated this being a problematic job (3-story townhouse, full-size washer and dryer in a small closet with not much access space), but it was absolutely no problem for them. They went above and beyond and not only cleared the blockage from the vent, but discovered that the dryer ducting had been crimped at installation, reducing the diameter of the duct. They removed the dryer vent ducting, cleaned and dried it, and ensured it was reattached correctly. My dryer is now working better than ever. I'm exceptionally pleased with their work and would absolutely call on them again for this or other services.

NOA Services was amazing! Jerry and his team were so accommodating to our needs! We had to cancel and reschedule last minute and not only were they great about it, but they were able to fit us in for the following day! Hey did an amazing job on our floors in a efficient and thorough way! We'll be calling them again!

Awesome service!! Thank you Jerry! I called them for air duct cleaning and they ended up also cleaning and sanitizing our tile & grout and carpet. They worked quickly and were very thorough. Saved me a lot of time and they are reasonably priced. I will use their service again in the future and would definitely recommend.

We hired NOA services to clean our ducts. The technician arrived, opened only one duct, and spent about 20 minutes wiping bleach around the opening before charging us $400. He didn’t inspect any other ducts, claiming they looked clean. However, when we checked the filter ourselves, it was still filthy, something he didn’t even bother to examine. This experience felt like a complete rip-off.
