Gave these guys 3 chances (shame on me). Didn’t show up for an appointment a single time. Would call or text hours later with an excuse and promise to be on time the next time. I don’t know how you screw it up 3 times and run a business with any chance of making money. Never again.

David and Mike are the real deal! Do not trust just anyone. I got scammed by another company saying that they cleaned the vent but needed a ladder to reach the outside vent. They even had the nerve to give me a discount because they couldn’t finish the job. David and Mike are the experts! They knew very quickly how to get the job done and was in and out in no time.

Aidan/David and their team are amazing! They made one of my 20yr+ furnace units look almost new on the inside. Their attention to detail is impeccable, they even cleaned the wires! Each one of my 30+ registers was checked post-cleaning to show the before and after. There is no doubt they take pride in their work. You can't get any better than these guys!

Let me start by saying I wrote a bad review due to the lack of communication from the front office of this company. I ended up deleting it because once the technician did show up he was great. Now the technicians boss won’t stop calling and texting me to remove the bad review which is already gone… so here I am writing another one. Do not harass someone into removing an honest review because your company did something wrong. Their front office is very hard to get a hold of and they do not even have an answering machine…. I spoke with someone from the front office to cancel my appointment and they sent someone out anyway… so unprofessional. I will say the only good thing about them was the technician himself.

I chose this business based on all the positive reviews here. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. This was in part because my dryer duct is more difficult to access than is typical--the dryer fits tightly into an enclosure in our laundry room and vents to the roof. That said, you would think a business focused on dryer duct cleaning would be able to handle any situation professionally. To summarize concisely: the "cleaning" the company performed from the roof for $229 (plus tax) on March 6 actually clogged the duct. It took more than a week before a technician returned to clean it. In the end, I was told I had to move the dryer away from the wall myself. I also had to reconnect it myself because the technician did not have a flex connection (which had torn when moving the dryer). The whole reason I hired someone was for convenience and to ensure an expert was doing the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Looking on the bright side, I guess I can say that I learned a lot about how to move and connect my own dryer!

Alex at Home Pros provided efficient and fantastic service in cleaning my dryer vents. He also let me know that I had hail damage to my roof that I wasn't aware of. I highly recommend the Home Pros and will definitely use them again!!!!
