I had an excellent experience with this company. Ben went above and beyond to explain the process and give me options. The work was completed and he was on time and thorough. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again soon for some other services!

We had the back metal panel to our fireplace replaced as it was cracked. The technician Ben did an excellent job of removing the old panel and installing the new one. Ben was very well trained and careful in his work.

From start to finish Ben was on point. I was receiving a phone call before i finished filling out the questionnaire. Set an appointment and he was on time, evaluated my situation and i had an estimate within 5 minutes. The job was more involved than we spoke of on the phone, but it was not a problem, and Ben was able to take care of the whole job that day. Through email and text the estimate and payment procedure was simple to use. How satisfied am I, we are scheduled for routine maintenance this time next year.

JOB: Our gas key on the fireplace was leaking gas and had to be replaced. The job entailed taking bricks out, replacing the pipes and putting it back together. Not an easy job!

ADVISOR: Eddie was excellent! He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and the cost to repair, which was reasonable. He was there every step of the of the way AND was easily reached by text/phone with my many questions along the way. Extremely reliable, professional, and on time, if not before, for each appointment .

PLUMBER: Professional and reliable. Getting here before the appointment time and ready to get the job done to my satisfaction! He did run into an issue, but stuck with it till he got a solution. “I can’t “ is not words he uses. Quality of work was excellent! Pipes replaced and gas leak fixed!!

We recently used Eco Green to repair a chimney cap on our house. The first storm of the spring, the chimney cap they had installed blew off the chimney damaging our roof and the cap itself. When we saw the damaged chimney cap that had hit the roof and fallen to the ground we understood why it had come off. To attached the chimeny cap, they had only used a small amount of adhesive and 8 screws to attach a 69" X 46" X 12" chimney cap to our masonry chimney. When we reached out to Eco Green their first response to tell us we should file an insurance claim. However, the only thing in our entire neighborhood that was impacted by the storm was the one item they had incompetently installed, and the only damage to any roof in the entire area was where our roof was damaged by the chimney cap they had installed! When I pointed out to them that it is an odd storm that only damages a single item in an entire block, and that the cause was clearly their incompetence. After months of discussing they agreed via text to to refund us for the chimney cap, but we would still be stuck with the cost fixing the roof. However, they then refused to respond to our calls and never provided the refund. I would in no way trust these folks with any future work, and my rating of "1" was only because a negative number cannot be selected.

My chimney sidings were falling apart and the paint was chipping away so they had to be replaced and repainted. All I can say is Great job! Now my chimney stack looks brand new again. Will definitely recommend Eddie and his crew to anyone who needs work on their chimney.

Eco Green Home Services might be competent with air duct cleaning, but their fireplace services are a disaster. I had them replace my fireplace panels, and not only was the job poorly done, but when problems showed up, they flat-out refused to honor their warranty. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the panel manufacturer and washed their hands of it. It’s unacceptable for a company to offer a warranty and then dodge accountability. I highly recommend avoiding them for anything fireplace-related. See attached pictures, the paint has even been faded this install was so new.

Jaime and her team are the epitome of customer service! They all came together to accomplish a job my client needed completed on a rush basis. Very grateful to have found this company and will use them again!

Most people don't keep up with filter changes, much less duct and dryer vent cleaning, but these things matter for your system and your health...especially if you suffer with allergies! Give Pure Airways a call and use the coupon and great service to make your health and your home improvements! Reasonable, timely and courteous...let the team come show you the difference their services can make.

Confusion on the meaning of "Replacement of Plenum Box". I paid Pure Airways $900 to "replace" a Plenum box. They recommended it because allegedly there was mold. After they completed and I paid for their service, a licensed house inspector and licensed AC technician told me the box was not new. All Pure Airways did was cut a large hole in the old box and change out the lining. So, in effect I paid $900 for Pure Airways to replace lining, not the Plenum Box. Their invoice actually uses the words, "Replacement of Plenum Box". Just beware. If I had known they were going to do what they did, I wouldn't have agreed to pay them $900 for that "service". When I brought it to their attention, "Cameron" told me that the important thing was that the mold/bacteria was removed. So, Pure Airway's position is, let's never mind the fact that they did not "Replace" the Plenum Box. Got it. Cameron should have offered to refund some of my money OR actually replace the Plenum Box. Instead, he refused to see the difference between switching out the lining and replacing the entire box. I do not recommend Pure Airways. Instead, I would steer clear of them.

I have severe asthma, I have been sick for four months and literally imprisoned in my own house.
I chose this company based on the information provided on their web site. Cameron is the senior technician that came out to talk with me initially. He was courteous, communicated very well, his overall demeanor encouraged me to pull the trigger and go with Pure Airways. Cameron showed up with a courtesy call first, 30 minutes later they were working in my house.
They did everything he said they would. The air is definitely cleaner in the house. There is no smell of dirt. I believe I can move forward at healing.
This company is great and Cameron made me feel like Pureairways actually cared about me.
I highly recommend Pureairways.

They charged me $162 to clean the dryer vent from the inside of the house and another $162 to clean the vent from the outside of the house. When my dryer still didn't work, I had another company come out, and they showed me where Pure Airways did not clean from the outside or even bother to remove the screen. I called Pure Airways to give them the opportunity to make it right, and they promised to call me back. They never called me back, so I'm pursuing other means to get my money back. I would not recommend this company.

We were very satisfied with the work done by Pure Airways in cleaning our ducts and replacing our plenums. Cameron is very courteous and professional. We would hire them again and recommend them for your job.

We live in an older remodeled house with floor vents and they were so gross, I had no idea - dog hair, mold, even trash from the remodel! Cameron and his awesome team of guys came in and were absolute perfectionists! So professional, they worked hard all day to make sure they were all so clean they were sparkling. We’ve all been sick a bunch and I think our air ducts were partly to blame. Highly recommend having this done and using them to do it!!

We had the pleasure of working with Dor and his helpers to clean our vents and sanitize our system. We learned a lot about our air conditioning/heating system through the process, and we trust that Pure Airways has restored the air in our home environment. My dryer vent was clogged, so I got quotes from several DFW companies to see what it would cost. Pure Airways came in the cheapest, so I scheduled them to come out. They were available NEXT DAY! They showed up right on time and were done within 30 minutes. Fantastic service! I can finally dry my clothes with only one cycle of my dryer, instead of having to run the clothes through 5 times :)

Cameron and his partner were incredibly friendly, timely and knowledgeable. They have stellar customer service. The difference in our cooling system was felt immediately after he and his team left. Would highly recommend him and the company to anyone needing this service.

After being scammed by another air duct cleaning company, MicroClean, we called Pure Airways. They cleaned our vents the correct way, by taking off the vent covers and cleaning up into each vent shaft. I went with them for their good reviews, and I’m glad to report, they are accurate, so I thought I would add to them. Thanks again!
