We had some mold in an old HVAC system and another system that had a ton of dust from a remodel we did. Pure airways came out and gave a 0-pressure bid that was very competitive. They were also able to get us the bid very quickly. We signed up to have both units cleaned and within a couple of days they were done. Units are clean and free of mold/dust. Go team!

Cameron and his crew were thorough and did an excellent job. They even discovered a leak in our roof that our inspector didn't catch. Before they sanitized and cleaned our vents, my allergies were awful and the air smells cleaner and flows freely. I highly recommend using this company.

Today, two young men by the names of Devon and Johnathon, representing Pure Airways, performed an HVAC Duct and Vent cleaning at our home. They arrived promptly on time for the appointment. Their level of professionalism was beyond reproach. They were extremely forthcoming with information and details about what they observed, and the processes they were using to resolve and clean each component of our HVAC System. The were undeniably-efficient and thorough with every step and aspect of their process in providing their air duct and vent cleaning service. The two of them worked noticeably-well with one another, and their communication was flawless. They were a dynamic duo for sure. They worked expediently, but did not rush any aspect of the process. Both young men possessed great personalities, as I greatly-enjoyed conversing with them, during their visit. It is my strong-opinion that Devon and Johnathon are GREAT ambassadors for the Pure Airways organization, and their work/conduct shines a bright light and brings great credit and recognition to themselves and the Pure Airways organization. I would certainly recommend Pure Airways to anyone who’s looking for a great company dedicated to providing great HVAC services to their customers. Lastly, after having contacted more than 7 HVAC Duct and Vent Cleaning companies, Pure Airways absolutely has the best pricing, coupled with high-quality servicing, based on the results of my searches. I had my HVAC sanitized and downstairs ducts replaced and some vents replaced. Cameron, the project lead, was always very courteous, explained everything very well and responsive to make sure all of my needs and requests were handled. In addition, some cutouts in my drywall and ceiling needed to happen. Matching the texture and paint is always a high concern for me and surprisingly, they did a very good job.

The office staff of Ellie and Heather were both spot on and responsive. Thanks to the whole team for helping me get through this.

Excellent customer service and professional quality work! Cameron and his crew came to my house to address the issues we have been having with a lot of dust, they came in and assesd the situation with full detail and explained everything with our air systems..After a very thorough inspection and after being approved ( due to professionalism and honesty) they scheduled us and took care of the job.Honestly I can say they have made a wonderful difference to our air quality and dust issues! Will definitely use them for any other issues with my home!

These guys did a great job! They were thorough, polite, and took the time to explain all they were doing every step of the way.
They were sure to cover and protect all of our furniture and vacuumed each room as they finished. Our air ducts are super clean and we noticed an improvement in our air quality and circulation immediately. They also cleaned our dryer vent, it was amazing (and frightening) what they cleared out of our dryer duct, which I clean fairly regularly. We got 6 bids and they varied greatly but Pure Airways was easily the winner. Their technicians were much more knowledgeable and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me on fancy add-ons. I wish I had called them first before checking all the other companies to fix our mold issue. Highly Recommend!

This is my first time ever using Pure Airways Duct Cleaning. The techs seemed to be very knowledgeable and I was given an estimate after they diagnosed the problem I was having. I thought 1400.00 was a little expensive for the Air Duct Cleaning and the two lights they installed to eleviate the moisture from coming back. However, my wife wanted it done. Not giving them a bad review. I just wonder if I could've gotten the same job done for less than what I paid.

I’m so glad I found Pure Airways for my duct cleaning! We were needing our ducts cleaned after a renovation when we moved into old house we purchased. The vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, if ever. I had contacted several hvac duct cleaning companies and a lot of them felt very scammy. I got some quotes that were absurd. Devon from Pure Airways was very professional and I could tell was not looking to take advantage of us like some of the other companies I talked to. He just wanted to make sure we lived in a clean house. Throughout the whole process with scheduling, getting a quote, and follow-up, I have felt very taken care of by Pure Airways. They are an honest company and were a joy to work with!

The guys from Pure Airways came out the same week I called for a dryer vent that wasn’t properly vented in the attic and a replacement of the roof vent (also not the proper vent). They cleaned the dryer vent when they were there, which hadn’t been cleaned in 30 years and cleaned out the lint from the attic as the dryer vent was essentially vented up to the attic. All of the work was done quickly and they arrived on time and sent me videos of the work since I had to leave to go back to my office. Really appreciate the work that they did.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Devon from Pure Airways communicated what they were going to do and needed to remove the mold and kept us updated daily through the abatement process. They took care of our home and were respectful of our working from home schedule. Excellent results with retesting showing these rooms free from mold and cleanest air in the house. We had a phenomenal experience with Pure Airways. We had already had another HVAC company look at the mold growing out of our vent, and they tried to upsells us on all kinds of stuff.
