Wow! Nathanel and Niv did a great job. We had just moved into our home and my dryer was not smelling great. I thought something had died in the vent but it was just YEARS of no the previous owner not maintaining it. A serious fire hazard. I called at 10pm and they showed up at 11am the next morning. They cleaned the dryer vent and I am back to doing laundry. They were so quick and straight to the point. Very professional and friendly.

The team was extremely detailed and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing step by step and ensured that the post service clean up was taken care of as well. Needless to say that im very satisfied and do recommend that you give their business a try.

Well, they are definitely not on time and need to work on professionalism. Initially, I was given an over the phone quote of $250 less a $100 discount. Then, I they were no shows twice, but because of the Special, I rescheduled. The technician elate and informed me that since the air ducts had never been clean and showed extra collection of particles in each duct, that it would be more money. $610. I agreed to the price with the special included. I put $122 down and arranged to have duct cleaned on a Sunday ( that was a Plus) Then after being an hour late, they worked hard at cleaning each duct and took pictures to show me they were cleaned. I went to pay the bill, at that point he said if I used my credit card, which i used for the down payment of $122, he would have to charge me tax. That upped my bill from balance due of $488 to $528. This should have been written up initially when I put $122 down.
I am very sad about this extra charge. He should have written all of this on the initially estimate, since he know I was using my credit card from the beginning. I felt squeezed out of extra money. The receipt that was text to my number is not itemized. It is all on lump sum that does not show job plus tax and final total. Just final total.

If you use them, make sure you get the right total for the job.

DFW did a great job cleaning the dust and mold in our air ducts. We moved into our house 23 years ago and unfortunately never had our air ducts cleaned until a few days ago. It was a challenging job for DFW, but they were up to the task. The only reason we didn’t give them five stars is because they arrived late on the day of the consultation and the day of the actual job. But they were very friendly and we would recommend them.

I made an appointment on a weekend, and over the phone we discussed what I thought I needed and they suggested what they thought I needed for a dryer vent cleaning. I suggested they start on the roof for our vent, and they did as I asked, with the understanding that they may need to also go from the ground up. Turns out that the top-to-bottom cleaning did the trick, and they only charged me for one-direction cleaning from the roof. I’m happy with the response and results.

Amazing service on Memorial Day weekend. They were here from 12pm until 10pm. Our house was built in 1964 and vents had never been cleaned. The level of dust was unbelievable. Wow, you can smell the difference! Very nice professional service. Highly recommend!

The customer service was amazing! I called and they were able to send 2 guys out the next day. They were very responsive and kept in constant contact to communicate estimated arrival time. These people are real professionals. They were on time for the estimate and the job was done on time. Very respectful of my space and careful in all of the rooms. And they did a great job getting rid of all of my dust. I highly recommend them

On my initial call to the office, Mary was a pure joy to speak to. She not only made me feel secure for calling DFW, but she answered all 1000 of my questions. With that first impression, I knew every other facet of the business had to match her energy. She scheduled me an appointment to have a technician come out to inspect my ducts and furnaces.

Upon arrival Samuel and his assistant were both courteous and professional. While inspection my vent covers, Samuel explained what he was doing as well as what he was looking for. I somewhat expected that the system had mole present, but to only be reassured from the photos taken throughout the inspection.

I scheduled a cleaning on Sunday (due to religious reasons) and the job literally took all day. Samuel started a little after 11 am and did not leave my house until after 9pm. He took his time with each duct/vent to ensure that all the mole was properly treated and the ducts were cleaned. I have a total of 27 vents and three furnaces. Upon completion, Samuel main concern was if I was satisfied with his quality of work.

So, with that said, I want everyone to know that not only was I astonished by his quality of work, but I will always ask for him whenever I need my home serviced. To add the cherry on top he cleaned my dryer vent for free and the company honored my military service by offering military discount.
