I should’ve checked these positive reviews with greater scrutiny. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company and do not recommend them in any professional capacity. It is my opinion that other companies should be under your consideration for any vent cleaning service.

EDIT: Very poor decision making on your part to reply with this statement. I did not go into specifics as to my disappointment with your service but am more the willing to do so if you wish to proceed. I suggest you retract your comment.

EDIT 2: Since you chose not to retract your comment. You gave me a window of 10A - 12P for which I stated I need you closer to 10A as I need to leave the house at 5P. You arrived at 12:55 and did not leave until 5:15.

You left scratches on my wall, dirt on my ceiling from your vent cleaning apparatus, my furniture dirty/out-of-place and I still have an open claim with my insurance post-visit of which subrogation is under consideration.

We hired you to make our home better and you failed.

EDIT 3: Subrogation is still open one month after the service as my insurance confirmed this company is not actually insured.

Great service by real professionals. They call about 35 minutes prior to arriving and showed me pictures of my duct systems before and after the cleaning.
