My daughter called this Company to have the dryer duct cleaned out. The lady told my daughter $79 special. The tech comes 2 hours late and asked when was the last time we had the dryer duct cleaned out, I said 2 years ago. The tech tells me it’s going to cost $299 because it has to be cleaned and then sanitized. I said all I need is a basic cleaning. The tech says I can’t do this for $79, you need the service for $299. Who sanitizes their dryer vent system. My system has one turn and straight outside. So basically this company baits you for $79 and then if you don’t take the $299 he leaves. Oh I forgot to mention he tried to tell me the vent hose was bad. The dryer was installed at 8am this morning.
