Carlos and Juan came to service my unit in the attic. They were able to quickly identify the leakage issue and were able to resolve the problem within an hour. Their service was very friendly and informative. I’ll gladly continue to use Fresh Air Duct Cleaning’s services.

Carlos and Juan did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent and replacing our dryer cap in the wall. Very friendly and professional, as well as transparent. We have a bag full of lint, cracked dryer cap, and 10 pictures that they provided with the invoice to show the work that was necessary to keep our dryer working properly and safely.

Luis was a joy- inspection was thorough, many pictures were provided to support claims and I am looking forward to breathing clean air again!

Our dryer vent damper got stuck and it started returning the heat to our LG dryer causing the D90 error. Checked in Google and booken the service. Even though I didn't qualify for their $79 service they arrived quick and found the issue. Gianni the technician was great at explaining the problems how the Dryer sensors work and explained how he had to unlock the stuck damper. Was probably caused by recent exterior painting done my HOA. Would definitely recommend them to anyone next time.

When I called the office, Maria was extremely helpful. She was able to explain the process of when the technician comes out and inspects my air vents what they are looking for. My home in Carrollton is from the 70's and everything is still original. Juan came out with Luis yesterday to do the inspection. They were on time and very polite. Luis walked me through the inspection and provided 3 different options for me to choose which was nice.

They spent roughly 3 hours cleaning the heating system and all the vents in my home. Showed me the after photos and I was shocked at how clean everything was. I think I was more shocked with dirty they were! Anyhow, I could be happier with what the team did from Dr. Air Duct.

Gianni (technician) came with a helper and was able to clean my dryer duct quickly and efficiently. He took pictures of before and after to show me the end result which I was completely satisfied with. The process to move the dryer is difficult for me alone but him and his assistant were able to do the job quickly. Their pricing was economical and I recommend them for having your dryer duct cleaned and any house duct cleaning as needed.

Luis Vivas did an incredible job cleaning the vents for our dryer. The service was quick and he showed us the before and after photos! Wow. Glad we got our vent cleaned. I didn’t realize how much gunk was in there.

My dryer vent had never been cleaned and I’ve been in my house 22 years. It vented up through a wall, through the attic, and out the roof. I contacted Fresh Air Home Services through their website. Luis came to looked at the vent pipe and showed me photos of what needed to be cleaned. He was also able to clean my dryer vent pipe the same day! Luis showed me more photos after the cleaning and it was a world of difference! He was so polite and explained the process to me. He cleaned everything up afterward. I would highly recommend Luis and this company!

Cash was great! He explained exactly what needed to be done. He provided photos showing in detail the work he did. Our vent and pipe were very clogged. I am very pleased with his work. The cost was unexpected because it was second story. So glad he had the tools and knowledge that was needed.
