Technician was great, conducted excellent work, was on time, early even.

I was set aback by pricing. I asked several times when calling to book what their general pricing was for different types of cleans. They kept saying they “couldn’t tell me” which is weird because they should have a base knowledge of their services. The technician seemed to also be very knowledgeable in the price structure.

I was then slammed with a $400 bill for a deep clean. Dryer vent clean only.

The cleaning crew did a fantastic job in preparing my registers and returns for cleaning. They cleaned all devices and equipment connected to my furnace as well as the registers, returns, fans, and dryer vent.

Clean Air Experts did a fantastic job cleaning our HVAC system and dryer vent. Our cat has asthma and we wanted to clean our HVAC system to help her symptoms. We also live in a condo without access to a hose and they were so prepared in every way. The guys were so thorough, courteous, and detailed oriented. They kept us informed on every step they were doing and showed us pictures of the work progress. After they were done, our home smelled so fresh, clean and sanitized! The Clean Air Experts team did a wonderful job cleaning my air ducts. They also added some much needed insulation in my attic at the same time. Itzik is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain the process and makes suggestions/recommendations on improvements and enhancements. I will definitely be using Clean Air Experts for any duct work, cleaning or insulation in the future.

We have lived in our house over 40 years and never had the air ducts cleaned! Guess I missed that important step in home ownership somewhere. After being told our house smelled musty, I got quotes from three independent companies and two "big" companies (think carpet cleaners) to clean our two HVAC systems. It was no easy job! Although Clean Air Experts was not the cheapest, I hired them because they seemed the most intent on doing the job right. What a great decision! They were in our home a full 12 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our systems. Our house immediately smells better and fresher. I'm so sorry I waited so long to hire this team! They were fabulous.

The clean air experts team came out and gave a thorough evaluation. They knew the homes is east Dallas and their needs. Our estimate came back under our budget. They showed up on time and completed a partial duct replacement and cleaned the existing ducts. They also sprayed in the remaining insulation we needed.

I hired this company to check for mold in one of my ceiling vents. I have been so impressed with the expertise and honesty of this business!! They found and solved my problem and I have noticed a huge difference in the quality of air we're breathing in our home. The owner was so honest with us regarding his work and in giving us advice on potential problems. My husband recently had surgery and was unable to put up the new ceiling vents so the owner of Clean Air Experts offered to help us and came back and installed all our vents without a charge. I'm definitely going to use this company again! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Their prices are good and they're honest. That's huge for us!!

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work we received with Clean Air Experts.  Isaac was VERY quick in replying to our online inquiry, and made time to come out the same day to provide us a free quote.

I have never worked with a company that went so far out of their way to make sure that I was pleased with the service I was receiving.  From being sure to show his state licensing and liability insurance certificate, to only charging us for the cleaning of 10 supply vents, when we had 18 that needed to be cleaned.

The day Isaac came to clean our system he arrived punctually, and was quick and efficient at completing the work.  He covered and was very careful with our belongings, then thoroughly cleaned up after himself once he was finished.

While Isaac could not guarantee allergy relief for me, I must mention that I have FINALLY found some relief from the allergies that have been plaguing me since moving into our home 2 years ago.  Clean Air Experts deserves every bit of a 5 star rating.
