The Pure Airways team was fantastic to work with. Our home needed HAVC work and the Pure Airways team repaired the issue within 48 hours of initial home visit. Their technicians were extremely kind, proficient, careful, and even cleaned up after themselves! Will continue to work with Pure Airways in the future.

I was in dire need of rooftop dryer vent cleaning as the vent was completely clogged, sweating and damaging the drywall in my home.

So, I began calling duct cleaning businesses in the order that they appeared in my search.

To my initial dismay I found that a number of the companies did not answer the phone, one company’s representative was shockingly unprofessional and rude, another simply did not want to climb onto a 1 story roof and yet another refused to listen to my needs and instead tried to sell me services I did not need.

At this point I was pondering climbing on the roof myself but I tried one last company, Pure Airways.

From the moment that I called to schedule an appointment to meeting with the technician the entire experience was excellent.

My call was answered immediately by Jaime, whom I believe is the owner.

She was wonderfully courteous and knew exactly the service that I required.

The pricing was great and honest and she went the extra mile to get me on the schedule immediately.

It was so nice to speak with a business owner who not only wanted my business but valued it.

The next day I met with the technician, Johnny.

He was on time and equally as courteous and knowledgeable.
Johnny did an excellent job and took the time to explain and detail what he was doing and what he saw on the roof.

I can not say it loudly enough how wonderful it was to receive prompt, courteous and professional service from start to finish.

The quality of service that I received from Pure Airways Duct Cleaning was truly a breath of fresh air.

Most assuredly, this is now my go to business for annual duct cleaning.

I just purchased my home and at the last minute decided to have the air ducts, dryer duct and chimney cleaned before we moved in. I called Pure Airways and they send someone over that day to look things over and send an estimate. the tech sent clear photos of the what he saw and the price was acceptable. They were able to get me on the schedule and take care of everything before the house was full of furniture and barking dogs! LOL I was afraid to use the fireplace and knew I needed it done before winter - so glad its done - it looks beautiful! Thank you Devon and the Pure Airways TEAM!

Did a good job cleaning mold from air vent and A/C system. Provided pictures of all mold affected areas (including inside of ducts). They were able to treat and remove the old same day. Provided a clear quote and recommendations. Very satisfied the problem was addressed quickly.

The guys did a fantastic job. All my ducts were cleaned with the exception of the ducts at the end of our house that had mold and in disrepair (35 year old ducts).
They showed me the damage visually with photos and provided me with a competitive bid for the cleaning and replacement of the ducts that I could compare to other companies.
The front office was very effective working with me on the bid and communicating with me to set up a time that was convenient for the work to be done.
The price was fair, and the work and cleanup were done to my satisfaction.
As all of my family suffers from allergies, I appreciate the work they did to relieve us of a potential hazard in our home.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Devon from Pure Airways did a fantastic job with our air duct cleaning here in Lake Highlands, right off Central Expressway. The ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years — he showed us before-and-after pictures and walked us through the entire process. The air smells fresher, my allergies have eased up, and the whole system runs quieter. Highly recommend them for anyone in North Dallas or 75243 needing duct cleaning.

We have been dealing with temperature issues in a first floor master bedroom for years. Our HVAC company could not diagnose the problem or help, despite multiple visits. We found Pure Airways/Duct Kings online with a simple Google search. They came the next day and solved our problem in 15 minutes. Plus, they didn't even charge us. The best help and the best customer service around. Highly recommend!!

We had Pure Airways come out to our home in Preston Hollow (75225) for a full air duct cleaning and sanitization, and the results were incredible. The team arrived right on time, explained every step of the HVAC cleaning process, and even showed us before-and-after photos from inside the ducts.

Since the service, we’ve noticed fewer allergies and better airflow throughout the house. This was way more thorough than any other company we’ve used in the past. Highly recommend Pure Airways if you're in North Dallas or nearby!

I can honestly say that dealing with Cameron and staff has been exceptional. However I can't give this company higher than a one-star rating in that the owner, Victor, has chosen to ignore what HIS out-sourced crew member (not sure of name) left behind when he "completed his work. I woke up one morning less than a year after they were hired to clean my ducts and build a new plenum box for me. The contractor decided to leave behind the plenum box cutouts in the drip pan under the condenser coils. Obviously the purpose of that pan is to act as a backup in case the main water line clogs leaving the condenser. Well you can see in the pics the amount of debris, very clearly originating from the cut-outs) floating in the pan and thus clogging the backup line. All I asked for was someone to take care of the water damaged caused by shoddy cleanup from HIS contractor. He chose to ignore that request. On principle I can't recommend this business to anyone in that they don't own their mistakes and mishaps.

Jamie and Devon were incredible to work with. Their communication, professionalism and timeliness were second to none. Not only did they eliminate the mold I found in my ducting, but my AC is now running much less and my house is staying cooler. Devon went above and beyond with answering questions and making recommendations. I will be using them for future duct cleaning services.
