My AC died!!! At least that's what we thought. Called Coolinary Arts and Dylan came by. He was super thorough and found the problem - it was actually a quick fix and saved me money! I appreciate that this company is honest and does great work. Dylan is excellent!

Outside AC unit. Both times he was able to come same day and fix, which was a necessity because we have a baby in the house.

Coolinary Arts replaced an HVAC system for us in 2022. Since then we have had them come out to service all 3 of the units in our home (2 for the upstairs and 1 for the downstairs). They have consistently provided great and prompt service with reasonable rates. We just had them here to clear a clogged drain line. I highly recommend Justin and his team.

Coolinary Arts is a great company! I called their service couple times and got all satisfied and happy experience. Terri the front desk was always nice, provided instant response whenever i reached out, Justin and Dylan did professional job on diagnosis and installation. I just called them yesterday afternoon that my AC was not working, within 24 hours they sent out the technician, found the issue and fixed the problem! This is very important in TX's hot summer. I highly recommend! They are always so kind and professional! They go above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed and give great recommendations to prevent any future problems they might see! They even picked up little bits that accidentally went on the floor by our front door. I’m not even sure it was from them, but they knew I had a toddler and were worried he would put it in his mouth just in case! So sweet! I can’t recommend them enough! They are amazing!

Justin and his team have been a pleasure to work with. I’ve had some serious recurring issues with my HVAC system for years and have spent a lot of money over that time. I’ve spoken to multiple HVAC repair companies and by far I felt most comfortable with Justin and his team’s recommendations. They were very thorough and showed me the issues. They replaced a coil back 6 months ago, but now it was time to replace my whole system and they credited back a large portion of the coil repair. In the long run I think they’ve saved me a lot of time and money on further repairs that would have ultimately ended up with replacing the system. They did a great job and I’m very happy with my new system.

It can be so hard to find good, reliable help in Dallas, but Coolinary Arts really delivered. The owner came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the issue right away, and even managed to get the part and complete the repair the same day.
